It was easy to book, extremely professional, with great communication. Both our pick ups to and from the airport were fantastic, no stress at all and I would definitely use their service again for our next holiday

The driver was late, we requested to be at the Eurostar St Pancras station at a certain time. He dropped us off on wrong side of the road with 5 minutes to spare before the Eurostar gates were to shut. I had contacted your company and driver that morning to advise we were off the ship and to perhaps leave earlier but was told will pick up at same time organised. Very disappointed with the cost we paid specifically so we could get to Eurostar on time. Also the car could not take 2 suitcases in the boot one had to go on the back seat.

Had a truly professional experience last night as the driver waited 90 minutes at Gatwick Airport to meet my 8 year old granddaughter as the flight was delayed before taking her to the hotel. Excellent communication from the driver both before and during the flight delay. Will certainly use Alphacars again

Great experience. Our driver Mohamed was very kind, we travelled with a baby and he was very polite and helped us with the luggage. He arrived a few minutes early so we got less traffic. Highly recommended

Got off to a rocky start, the postcode we gave didn't match what the driver had. After a few calls this was amended, but the driver had already decided that he would take us to the correct address anyway.
Couldn't fault the driver, he remained in contact since we landed and was very kind and efficient.

Our driver Sanjeet was punctual, extremely courteous and endlessly patient and kind with small children and huge amounts of luggage.
And the fare to Gatwick was competitively priced.
I'd recommend Alpha Cars highly.

We had a very bad experience today with this company. We (my husband and 2 very young kids) waited 20 minutes for our transfer to the airport and the company did not call to notify me of this delay. We had also booked two car seats for our baby and toddler and after reconfirmation two days before the pick up, this was not provided by the company. The supervisor I spoke to, whose name did not want to provide, was unhelpful, rude and had no customer service skills and all he had to say was ‘please relax ma’am’, ‘I can hear you are not in a good mood’, truly unprofessional and an unpleasant experience to start our long trip this way. Please BE MINDFUL if you are travelling with kids and have additional requests before booking with Alpha Cars 247.

Driver went the wrong way, was constantly talking on his phone in a different language and nearly caused an accident getting onto the motorway. Was distracted by his phone and seemed to be watching YouTube while driving at one point! Absolute disaster of a trip. Only 1 star because I actually got to my destination.

I have used this company for few times and always find the punctual ,helpful providing smooth transfers .Customer support team contacted us at every moment ,before transfer for confirmation ,at arrival .Will highly recommend .

Late both times to pick us up. The 2nd time came way to late to make our train in London (from Southampton) so took us to the Southampton train station 15 minutes away. Never apologized. Refused to refund any of the $247 we paid to get to London. Blamed it on us being late when we had proof of a text we sent to the driver saying we were ready at 8:30 for a 9:30 pickup--the driver showed up after 10:00. It was his fault we would never have made our original train, but we still got stuck paying $247 for a 15 minute ride. Unbelievable. DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT USE!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The driver was friendly and professional, the driving was smooth and safe, and he even pointed out some interesting tourist spots. The best part? He helped me with my bags. Highly recommend this minicab company!

I travelled with them with zero headache.I used a different cab company before but experience was not good .
But ALPHA CARS 247 really made my day .
