From the point of contact to follow up after installation, the process was made easy by the professional team at Alncom. We were struggling with our service at our property from our previous provider. Alncom performed the switch to full fibre with ease, highlighting the process during our call. The installation engineer went through where would be best to route cables and made sure the installation was tidy. We had one issue with drop of internet, which Alncom quickly resolved and had an engineer put same day. They followed up with a call to make sure we were happy with the service. Speeds are as advertised and customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend.

After many years with the same phone/internet provider I nervously decided to switch to a local provider offering a more cost effective and faster service. The switch was seamless and quick - and even better it was organised by people who were easily contactable and responsive. My initial trepidation was unfounded and my advice would be - do it it is easier than you think!

Everyone I’ve spoken to at the company have been helpful, professional and in one case very patient with an elderly technophobe!
I’m gutted that an impending house move means I’m having to leave and source my Internet from elsewhere.

Very good service. Started with a courtesy call about how the system was working, which had deteriorated a bit. Couple of days later it was all sorted by a couple of nice lads who were very knowledgeable. Very efficient!

My contract with BT was coming up for renewal. I decided to change to Alncom partly because they offer better value packages but also their straight forward approach to pricing seems to offer an escape from the dialogue you are forced to have with the national providers to haggle them down from the first price they offer you. My next-door neighbour switched last year and gave me very positive feedback.
The switch went smoothly on Monday. All the staff I have dealt with, from the installation team to the admin staff, have been friendly, polite and efficient. It is great to get straight through to a local office without delays or battling with automated help systems. A special mention for the technical support team who have been very patient trying to resolve an issue with my elderly laptop.

Have used Alncom for around 5 years and our experience from the initial enquiry, installation and ongoing usage have all been excellent. We have had a couple of issues (lost signal and damaged wiring) both caused by work inside the house which were promptly fixed by Alncom within 24 hours of reporting the fault. All in all, we’re glad we changed from our previous, expensive and unreliable provider.
