SCAM

I tried to exchange the dress I ordered for a bigger size. First they did not reply for weeks to my emails about how to return the item. Then I had to pay for the shipping to return the dress. Then I was told the original shipping to send me the dress would be deducted from the refund I would get. And I could only get a store credit, not a real refund. The store credit I got was $18.72 for a dress I had paid €89 and €21 in shipping costs for. They are scammers. I have contacted my bank for assistance. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Update 15 april:
Since I cannot reply to the reply almond muse wrote. I will reply here. I had already sent an email to your customer service about contacting my bank for assistance. I have also not received a reply to that email. Your customer service knows my case. They just won't solve the problem. Hence why I have contacted my bank. This is a scam.

It’s been a month and the shipping…

It’s been a month and the shipping update has never changed from “LABEL CREATED.” This brand and website are a scam. They need to be shut down!

They replied to this review, but they’ve yet to reply to my email. Shipping should not be an issue, I have since ordered from a trusted brand whose items also ship from China and it took all of 2 days from date ordered. Nothing has changed, nothing has been addressed, nothing has been fixed. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Report them to the FBI Internet Crime and Google Safe Browsing so they can be removed.

4/24/26: They are now ignoring my emails and have NOT helped me or refuse to help me. DO NOT BUY FROM ALMOND MUSE!

Order never arrived. Several emails sent where they kept telling me that it’s on its way, but there are no shipping updates since the day I placed the order. They refused to issue a refund or even really give me anything other than a generic response. Do not use them. Fairly certain that this is a scam

Update: still no items received and now they have stopped replying to my emails. Avoid at all costs

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Delivery, No Support, No Accountability

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Almond Muse. Three weeks ago, I ordered a dress and even paid extra for shipping insurance, expecting at least some level of reliability and customer care. To this day, my order has not arrived, and I have absolutely no idea where it is.

I have contacted their customer support multiple times, but it has been completely useless. They provided no real information about the status of my package. During a phone call, I was promised that the dress would arrive on Friday - it never did. No explanation, no update, nothing.

They also tell customers to mark emails as “urgent,” but that seems to make no difference whatsoever. My concerns have been ignored, and there has been zero effort to resolve the situation.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. Paying for shipping insurance clearly means nothing with this company. I would not recommend ordering from them if you expect reliability, transparency, or basic customer service.

Honest Review

I had seen the reviews on Trustpilot and still decided to go ahead and order, so I want to share my full experience.

I ordered the Selene dress to be shipped to Bogotá, Colombia, on February 23rd, 2026. I received a confirmation email right away, followed by another message explaining that they were experiencing high demand and that shipping might take longer than usual.

After about a week, I received an update saying the order had been shipped. I reached out to customer service via email, and they responded promptly, which I appreciated. They provided a tracking number that was supposedly linked to DHL, but I was never able to verify it on the DHL website despite checking multiple times.

At that point, I became concerned that it might be a scam and requested to cancel my order. However, they informed me that the package had already been shipped and could not be canceled.

In the end, the dress did arrive, but it took about a month from the purchase date. The dress itself is okay—it fits well and doesn’t feel cheap—but it is not the quality I expected for the price I paid. The fabric is lighter, the seams look and feel simpler, and the detail is not fantastic. The dress is okay.

It will probably cost me more to return it. Since it was on discount, they will only refund me in store credit per their refund terms and conditions. So, I am keeping and using it for a less formal occasion, but I was not what I intended to do.

Overall, while I did receive the product, and customer service was responsive, the misleading tracking information, delayed shipping, and quality did not meet my expectations.
