Product not in stock but order accepted
After ordering a key for a game and not getting the key, I found myself trying to reach their customer support via Discord and after some time via email. The response took a while, which for small business is understandable.
What I don't understand is the product order being accepted even though it was not in stock.
After contacting support, the issue got resolved, and I got an option to wait for a new key or to get a refund.

Probably scammers
I bought a game from them, “Snipperclip” on switch thinking I was getting a good deal. I enter the code on the Nintendo EShop when suddenly it tells me “code invalid”. I contacted support on their discord to get explanations and a solution to my problem, as the payment went through very smoothly. I'm waiting for a reply that tells me to contact nintendo and nintendo tells me to contact the purchasing platform, ALLYOUPLAY. Except that ALLYOUPLAY only cashed my money and ignored the problem, I think this site is a scam, and I strongly advise against using this service after having uselessly lost my money.
