I'll avoid this store in the future
I placed an order, the order status shows 'Complete', click on the link to receive the activation key, have to agree to terms that there is no refund, then nothing shows up. Sent an email to support. Why do I have to go through all this trouble?
Edit: Support replied a couple of hours later saying that it is redeemable and should show up. I checked and it is now showing up. Still a frustrating experience overall and I will avoid this store in the future.

After payment I get a message the product is not available.
Edit: I contacted support and while they did not give me the refund I asked for, a couple of days later I got the key for the game.

1) Requires me to register an account.
Obviously so they can send me spam mail and add me to Ad lists.
2) Requires me to input my "Billing Address" for a digital product. Why?
You are not sending this to my doorstep, I am buying a Digital product which you will deliver via email.
I am not giving you my private information for that.

Edit: Ok, I'm giving you 3 stars then. Because every other website I used did not require me to provide any personal info or register.
They all provided a 1 click shopping experience by asking me if I wanted to use PayPal before my purchase, bypassing the need for me to enter any info or register as the Invoice is handled by PayPal.

Bought Last Of Us Part 1
Bought a key for Last of Us Part 1. When I went to use it, it says this cannot be used in your country. No indication of this at any point when I added to cart, went to cart, added billing info, completed the purchase, or revealed the key. No indication of what countries this key even works for!
EDIT:
All Your Play emailed me and replaced the key with one that works for my country. Thank you! I know running a ecommerce site is actually tricky. Please improve your site to avoid bad experiences for your customers.

To clarify, our system automatically directs customers to the correct product based on their IP address, which is why there is no explicit country code shown on the product page. We have not previously encountered region lock issues with this title, but we have contacted our provider and they are currently investigating this matter.
Regarding refunds, these are handled through our official ticketing system, which is not publicly accessible via Discord. We do our best to respond to every support request as quickly as possible, but sometimes replies may take a little longer if customers contact us outside of our working hours.

I have been trying to use a gift card from 'Youchooseagift' which delivers its giftcards via Allyouplay.
Unfortunately the checkout keeps saying products are not available on all products. In addition to this I cannot pay additional costs for items usings a credit or debit card.
