To be frank, abysmal performance by the company.
Had plumber over for a radiator valve replacement, but he couldn’t fix it due to a missing part, which had to be ordered & apparently arrived the following day. Over the course of the next 5 working days (!!) repeat visits were scheduled with 4 hour windows and no engineer came, sometimes at short sms notice, other times no announcement at all. All the time the valve kept dripping. Plenty calls to the company and only excuses. Eventually on the 6th day after the initial visit an engineer came (though after the time slot) and fixed the problem quickly & competently. At least the company did not charge extra for that visit, only material, though not charging at all would have been a decent move. I should have charged for my wasted waiting time. Avoid this company is my advice.

This company are rogue traders. They say 'no call out charge' and yet they make a 'labour charge' of over £50 which you are required to pay as soon as you call them out, so it is in fact a call out charge. They replaced a lock barrel for me at a total cost of £370.80 for which my local locksmith subsequently told me he would have charged £140. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - check that your locksmith is a member of the Master Locksmith Association.

The plumber came round very quickly, he was polite friendly and helpful, he did the job quickly and didn't leave a mess and you didn't over-charge me. I was very pleased!

Check everything very carefully and very detailed the engineer called Sammi he explained every error to me very expertly.

Slid new one takes 2 mins
in which you can buy for £15 or less!

My elderly neighbour's door closed locking him out
We looked online & sadly rang these clowns who told me it was £59 to open the door & no call out fee
What they did was bully my neighbour not give him a price until the man had drilled the lock out took 2 mins but he obviously dragged it out once inside he wouldn't let my neighbour come & get me & made him pay £620 on the spot!!! He even tried to charge more saying oh there's extras that may be added later!
This is totally unacceptable & I sadly read we are not the only ones who have been conned
DON'T USE the company won't reimburse my neighbour in anyway so I hope this review helps others

I called to have a locksmith fix front door of House, came out in a couple of hours.
The person that came out was very efficient and sent me video of what done and called me as I was not local. Very impressed with service and would highly recommend company.

I don’t know what I would do without this incredible, knowledgeable, friendly and convenient service!

Russell kept me updated on his arrival time, when he got here he was polite and efficient, he completed the job quickly and left no mess. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent- on time, did the work promptly, really good job, cleaned up after and explained everything thoroughly.

I’m very disappointed with their locksmith. A lock they installed less than a year ago now has a loose key cylinder that moves in the casing, making the key difficult to turn at times. This is a basic functional issue, not wear and tear.

I paid over £450 and only discovered later that their warranty is just 6 months! Despite the problem appearing so soon after installation, they refused to come back to fix it.

Given the price paid, I expected better workmanship and aftercare. I wouldn’t use them again and would advise others to check warranty terms very carefully before proceeding.

Moses from allservices4u came over to install a dishwasher. He was very professional and helped me moving things and installed new pipe under the sink. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

Called them for a plumber to come out to flat in Hornchurch to fix a pop up waste in bath, a so called plumber arrived and proceeded to hack away at the bath surround then took of the bath front to get to waste, left shortly after saying will come back with part he never came back, I have been calling and sent emails to All services for you since 20th after the plumber left to try and get the mess that was left fixed I have been given the run around every day, no reply from emails no calls back in fact i have just called again and been given the run around I have spoken with Maria,William,Sean,Jaden apparently Andy is the manager but is always too busy to come to the phone, STEER CLEAR they even sent me an invoice for the works not completed will be looking for legal advice next this company has many names and directors the main one is Matan OFEK again STEER CLEAR all I need is the mess fixed but they refuse to engage STEER CLEAR
