I arranged for a plumber to attend at 8:30am to repair my boiler. He arrived an hour late and explained what he believed the issue to be. He then returned on the Saturday to “fix” it — arriving two hours late again.

Unfortunately, the repair made the situation worse. Over the following two weeks, he came back a further two times, tinkering with the boiler and plumbing, but without resolving the problem (but I had paid for the "fix"!). During this period, I was left with no heating or hot water. He then failed to attend a fifth scheduled visit altogether.

In the end, I had no choice but to instruct another company, who diagnosed and fixed the issue on their first visit — at a significantly lower cost.

I have attempted to contact Andy numerous times over the past month to seek a resolution, but despite being told he is “very busy,” the matter remains unresolved.

When I rang the person on the phone was really helpful. I needed the lock sorting urgently and I had a locksmith with a couple of hours. The locksmith was friend, efficient and helpful. Great service would use again

Sadly alrhough Alex the actual locksmith was excellent, I was disappointment at the person who took my booking. Not only did they say they would be with me within a couple of hours or at least in the morning but I also ask for a job price as I prefer to know how much I am
paying for a job rather than have any surprises after. I think the lady may have been new, but Alex honoured the price I was quoted and did a good job (although rhw key does stick when pulling out. (Worth checking for future customers) Alex was kind and patient given that I struggle with anxiety and get overwhelmed. Hw was very professional. Thank you 🙏

Great communication and an extremely prompt arrival and assessment of the problem we had with our taps. Omar, openly gave us advice that allowed us to save money which these days is almost surprising but very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Great experience today with Sammi, he came straight away & fixed our electricity in the kitchen. It was serious as our boiler is on our kitchen circuit so we were facing a night without heating or hot water.

it was fine to about 45 minute to arrive and ten minutes to do the lock replacement cost £210 but then i suspect any emergency locksmith might be just as expensive.

efficient, fast and well qualified service. Did everything I asked for, replacing taps ,plug fixtures and a light in the kitchen. Appreciated the good advice given and all achieved in 2 hours at a reasonable price quoted upfront. Highly recommend!

Very competent and honest locksmith - very highly recommended

Sammi was great, very thorough and quick. Great job, super helpful.

Both times I called them out, having paid for their most comprehensive plan. I had to call 10+ times to get an arrival time. Each time I was told I'd be called back and wasn't. After 6 hours a plumber with a tiny plunger turned up instead of a drainage engineer. Noone at the switchboard has a clue what is going on and have little communication with their engineers.I was told "you're in the wrong place - we don't know how long each job takes!" The guy who eventually came was very nice and fixed the issue but the service is patchy and not "emergency" timing at all

Second Edit, also realised that when “told” I was paying that I would get an invoice via email, still not received.

Edit according to customer services, times and prices are approximate only. So buckle up, completely ignore whatever you are told by their telephone booking and expect to wait 6 times longer and be charge 3 times more. Whatever part is required they will charge you 5 times the retail price. And false advertising by showing themselves on Google search as a local company……. Cowboys !!!

Their website states “fast response” within 40 minutes and “transparent pricing”. with “no hidden costs”, absolute cowboys.

Same issues as other reviewers with locksmiths

1) Given response time of 20 minutes, arrived over 2 hours later
2) Quoted £59 (apologies complaint email states £69) for simple job. No attempt made other made other than drilling lock, took under 10 minutes, job undertaken by trainee, but that does not qualify as simple job ?? Charged £187, £120 for non simple job and £36 for new barrel plus VAT (300% mark up for parts!!!) which will need to be replaced as it does not have BS Kite mark.
3) Complained to Customer Service and received automated response of 3 days, which has now passed.
4) Initial google search showed as a loc trade and had photo of shop in my local town.

Very dubious business model, advertising as local trade, with a price that I’m not sure anyone qualifies for, and completely unrealistic time frames all to secure your business

Philip was very helpful during his visit. He explained the issues the boiler system had from a safety and regulatory perspective, as well as provided me with clear steps to resolve the issues. He even performed one of those steps while at the property despite not needing to. He’s also a very friendly man.

Philip was great. He came out very quickly and was very thorough when installing our new hob and was also very informative. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend

We are pleased with Mario who is efficient and polite. The only thing for improvement is for admin-when we first called, we were given a time frame that a plumber will call us but I was hesitant since our details and address were not taken. I called back in 2hrs to find out we were not booked in the system.

Phillip from All Services 4 You is an absolutely fantastic plumber. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely knows what they’re talking about his knowledge, problem-solving ability, and clear understanding of what was wrong (and how to fix it properly) really stood out.
He was extremely polite, welcoming, and professional from start to finish, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. A truly skilled tradesman who inspires confidence. I would absolutely recommend Phillip to anyone without hesitation and if I could, I’d hire him as my own private plumber. Outstanding service all round.
