Excellent service

They recently replaced a faulty valve in our bath and shower. The job was done efficiently and professionally, and I won’t hesitate to call them again if I need any plumbing help in the future.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish! Charged £154.80 - guy didn’t test anything just knocked on bits of the boiler. Said would cost too much to fix so get a new one.

Thank goodness we got a British Gas advisor out who suggested we get one of their engineers out just to double check it couldn’t be fixed before committing to a new boiler as ours was only 6 years old…
All it was - the expansion vessel needed re pressurising - a simple 25 min fix. I know who I’ll be calling next time in this situation and it won’t be Allround365
(who by the way posed as local to my area under a different name)

Great

Hi,
Hope

This company and their team were great, very efficient and got the work done really quickly. I called in the morning and by the afternoon they were at my door. They were covid safe while they fixed my lighting that kept on going on and off. Would definitely recommend

After an “accident,” there was a hole…

After an “accident,” there was a hole in my bath (don’t ask). The plumbers from this company didn’t ask either. They just replaced our bath at a price we had agreed on. Happy to have called them. Thanks.

We had an issue with a gas fire that…

We had an issue with a gas fire that wouldn’t ignite. This company came out the next day and resolved the problem in about 15 minutes. The plumber also carried out several additional checks and tests. It’s reassuring to know the gas system is now in good condition. Very professional service—we’re very pleased.

Hired some plumbers from this company…

Hired some plumbers from this company for a very large project installing new piping systems at a water treatment facility and was extremely impressed with everything, from the service to the end result. I would not hesitate at all to use this company again.

This company are absolute scammers

This company are absolute scammers. Not only did they replace a filter that was not the issue and charged me for this and the error kept happening. They charged me £350 and then refused to refund or actually fix it when the washer/dryer continued with exactly the same fault. To make matters worse they were SO rude to me on the phone. The whole thing has been really upsetting- DO not use this company they are really awful and have absolutely no customer service

Hired them for a huge job replacing…

Hired them for a huge job replacing pretty much all of the glass in our new home. Everything was completed on time and the glaziers took care not to cause too much disruption or make too much mess. Appreciate their considerate approach. Highly recommend.
