The online account isn’t user friendly no where online to cancel autoship. There website states you have 30 day satisfaction guarantee to try the product to see if it works but yet they won’t return it if u opened which makes no sense to have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee without trying the product. My dog didn’t take to the probiotics we tried to give him one and he wouldn’t take it called to return the rest let them know what the policy said and all they still said they won’t return it. I also called to cancel my autoship and was told I would get an email as of today 4/16 my autoship hasn’t been cancelled and no email confirmation has been sent so now I have to call again and take time out to get this done it shouldn't be this difficult to cancel an auto-ship this is going on 3 days now of waiting for it so now I am on a 5 min hold again to get this cancelled I have used other pet pharmacies that hasn’t been this difficult this place was referred by our vet and I will be letting them know the difficulties with this pharmacy and to ask to offer alternative pharmacies for patients to purchase from. I am changing my rating due to the follow up. Christina left a v/m that I should have received a refund and was issuing me one.I received an email of cancellation after my second call I appreciate the prompt follow up for addressing my concern.

Outstanding experience! Customer care service went very well and they also reached out to my Veterinarian for the new prescription approval. The delivery and entire process only took a few days before I received the new pet medication in the mail. The entire experience was seamless and thorough from start to finish. I paid for 1-3 Day Shipping and instead, it will take 5-6 days to deliver my cat's medications.
My prescription was Approved on Wednesday, April 8th with an email stating it would ship the following day (a Thursday). I receive an email stating it will shop and the USPS Tracking shows it won't arrive untl April 16th! How is that 1-3 Day Shipping? I'm only counting business days like they do and that 5 business days. I'll have to think twice about using Allivet again. I'm already looking into CHEWY and others.

The staff worked with me until it was complete

Allivet always delivered medications for our dog correctly and in a timely manner. When our dog passed away, we still had an unopened medication worth $100 that we tried to return. Customer service would not take the medication back, but refunded us $50. Allivet didn't have to do that, and we thought that was super kind of them! We will be return customers with our next dog for sure!
