Never had an issue until we changed Vets. They added the new Vet but left the old Vet in my account. The new Vet even ordered the last 6 month supply! However, they sent the most recent renewal back to the old vet; who of course ignored it... Couple that with the experience with customer service I went through to discover what had happened and to try to get them to remedy their error, I'm Gone. Very poor customer service experience after hours of trying to contact because the number they put into the email letting me know my prescription was on hold was the main TSupply number... that does not even have a prompt to get to TS RX. I had to look that number up on my own due to their slack communication.

They asked "for more details" to consider my review BUT didnt specify what details they need.

"If you provide some extra information within 3 days, it’ll help them recognize your experience and respond.
If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine." I re-read my review and it still seems accurate and detailed to me. It is definitely Genuine.

Edit for Information requested in the form of "we need additional information"? Prince Davis is the Pets name. I have no desire to call customer service again since my last experience. You should have all you need to look into and correct your issue that cost you a customer.

Do not use them unless you want to wait 2 weeks to get medicine. They are the same price as Chewy and PetMeds. They are the slowest animal pharmacy. On top of that they lied every time I called about the prescription. I told them from the beginning it is crucial my cat have this medicine every day Reordering from Chewy.. I know I will have it in 2 days. Never again will I use Tractor Supply pharmacy.

Placed an order on 1/31/25 and it’s 2/20 and still order has not been fulfilled or shipped. The 3 times I’ve chatted with them to get any info they all say the same thing about a new warehouse ordering fulfillment system or what not and that my order was a part of it. For being a RX company it’s terrible service when animals need these items. This was my first and last time using them. My vet approved the item same day. Terrible terrible terrible service.

Ordered prescription for dog on 2/6 - expected quick service - 2/17 finally get shipping confirmation - but it hasn't been shipped, Post Office is "waiting for shipment" - Tractor Suppy Pharmacy's response to my call, "Well, it's left the warehouse" - UTTERLY ABYSMAL SERVICE

Update: After making this review, a very helpful customer service agent reached out & tried to rectify the situation. It shouldn’t have taken a bad review to get quality customer service.
I do appreciate this, and it shows TSC does want to provide quality service, but not every agent is ensuring it. They also need to fix the kinks in their autoship service to better meet their customers needs.
BEWARE! DO NOT place an autoship order. It's a scam. They will automatically place your orders without contacting you or giving you a reminder that they are placing the order. Even if you call right away to cancel, they will not cancel the order and you will be charged whether you need the order or not. Customer service is NOT helpful and they will do nothing to help you. This is a company that only wants your money and is not easy to work with.

Inept at best. Should have known better. TSC needs to stick to selling feed.

They took over 10 days to ship it an approved order. Their customer service lied to me about shipping it one day and the next the rep ignored my text chatting with them. My order finally arrived 12 days after I ordered and the box was opened and damaged.

I had to wait for my vet to send RX to company they were slow in doing so. Company was so very understanding letting me know Keene updated. After going to vet to inquire why the delay? I was able to get information needed for my RX. After which I received my RC. Thank you Tractor co

I was trying to get help with my auto ship orders and the chat was horrible. He wasn't helpful and apparently deleted my RX so I couldn't review them. The website says save 35% on autoship orders set up for your convenience. The 2nd order is $20 more and he's says it's just the 1st order. Tried to reach a supervisor but said someone would call me back. I called the phone # and the young lady was kind but she kept putting me on hold and after five minutes I just ended the call. Very misleading, terrible customer service in a chat. This is sad because we shop at tractor supply often and never had a problem. There are several online pharmacy's including Amazon so you would think they would work to keep your business.

HORRIBLE after a week of trying to order I canceled and went with Chewy. 4 times I was told my vet would not confirm when I talked to the vet they said they were never contacted, on the the 5th day they finally confirmed with the vet and started the same run around with the bank, when I called my bank I was told a request for payment was never made. After a week of trying I canceled the order and went with Chewy,no problem!!

Tractor Supply RX enrolled me in auto refill without my permission or knowledge. When I received email that a second order was being shipped and my credit card had been charged, I attempted to contact them and they would not answer the phone. I reported this as fraud to my credit card company who urged me to try to contact them again. I posed as a veterinarian and they answered the call. then the runaround began, transferring me to speak with different people and telling me it was too late to cancel the order. after an hour of runaround I hung up on them. It is now in the hands of the fraud department of Fidelity Visacard.

It I could give this tractorsupplyrx.com a negative 10 I would. This company would allow me to email upload the prescription for my dog to get the the process completed. I was told that I either had to mail it to them or give them the vet information so they can contact them. So knowing the wait time for mail, I give them the info for the vet which they said once give them that they would call the vet immediately. Well two days later they still haven't call the vet, then have the adacity to tell me that they was just waiting for the prescription. How are you waiting for a prescription when you never call the vet. This tractorsupplyrx.com is a real joke and a advise everyone to do business else where unless you don't care if you ever get what you need for your fur babies.

Scam company. Scam alert. This company has killed individuals by denying them antibiotics and pretending to send them, then saying the system "flagged" them. Repeatedly conversations or texting just wastes your time. Shame on Google as well for listing them first in Google searches. President and CEO is at lake mead enjoying his profits while we die waiting for invisible, scam antibiotics that Never arrive. S. L. S.

It uses the *legit* Tractor Supply logo. I ordered an OTC antibiotic. My payment went through (of course, lol), & received a confirmation notice via email. Also took screenshots of entire transaction because I've been defrauded before on a different truly legit site by a seller. Within a few hours I had an email from 'Megan' saying that their 'system' had flagged a security risk to me & that i was required to provide a SECOND email & a SECOND phone# to them & call them 'at'(sic) my second phone with my card # or my order would be void . This after my card was already CHARGED. This is very fishy behavior which alerted me . Please be aware the more info criminals get on you the easier they can get into your bank account/ bank cards & steal your $. I told them no, to please cancel & return my $ to my card. Sent 'Megan' back several emails demanding to cancel & refund immediately or I'd be making FTC, Attorney General, BBB & police complaints lf not refunded immediately. No response. If not legit they simply don't care but I'm doing it anyway because I'll make a federal case out it it & in time it's coming to them. Fraud online is a felony. Bank fraud is a felony. FEDERAL FELONIES. FTC is federal. AG is state & ours is a lion. Luckily for me it's a prepaid gift card not tied to any bank account to loot illegally. I have no bank account & the prepaid gift card had very limited funds on it . If you have a bank account & used a card tied to it & gave them the extra info they wanted it makes it far easier to attack your bank account by running fake charges, do ID theft. Legit companies have never had a problem with how i pay nor have ever asked me for all the extra info. Especially after charging me 1st! This fake Tractor Supply RX has had since 10 am today to get back to me & have not . It's 7:00 p.m. now. My card was charged immediately, of course before 4 a.m. this morn. So wanting more identifying info has nothing to do with anything legitimate that helps we, the ones , trying to buy animal rx. For your safety & the health of your animals I'd advise against ever using this site. If you have I'd advise getting a new credit or debit card immediately & canceling one used here so that card # is dead & unusable so no more fraud because often frauds will wait until later when you aren't expecting it to illegally raid your bank account using the very card #s you've given them. In total Tractor Supply RX screams scam site trolling for more personal info to defraud further & it's not worth risking it. I'd say that the legitimate Tractor Supply company owes it to the public to go after these copy cat sites that are thieves. Now that I know they are allowing this fraud I'll never buy from the legitimate company again either for allowing it. It's obvious they are faking being the legit Tractor Supply Company & that is very actionable on the part of the genuine company. Those of us buying meds for animals NEED these meds so it's extra low to be defrauding in this regard. My empathy for those who were also sucked into this. If enough of us report this site to our state attorney generals, FTC, police & BBB we may get them closed down. They probably have more than one legit looking scam site so buyer BEWARE❗UPDATE: Received emails from this company early a.m. today (next day). Had this original review sent to tractor supply rx yesterday. I'd already canceled the pending charge on my prepaid gift card yesterday. All charges start as pending on this gift card then they go through. So its a definite lie yesterday their demanding more private info per above review. My gift card customer service verified it was a real charge in full but because I called them early enough they should be able to cancel Tractor Supply RX fraud charge. I say FRAUD because of its bs extra info questions of a private nature certainly were not required to CHARGE MY CARD. So they were actively stealing my $ with no intention of sending what I'd paid for already UNLESS I GAVE THEM INFO that exsposed me to more risk. I call that extortion. Their email today says they've canceled my order while standing by the bs 'security' lie AFTER they charged my card. It certainly isn't MY security or the health of my animal at play here. Time is of the essence with antibiotics. So no matter how you look at it this Tractor Supply RX site is to be avoided. Nice gig to try to take $ for nothing, demand MORE private info while holding the paid antibiotic HOSTAGE until they get all your extra info THEY need for future fraud against you? They took my phone number at time of purchase for return purposes and when I did try and return an item they had no record of it and I was screwed out of 40.00$
