We moved in a few months ago and have had some very minor snagging issues , we contacted Wayne who came over straight away each time , he was very professional, helpful and sorted all our issues each time , no problem was too big and us being happy in our new home seemed his main aim , he’s a credit and asset to your company , big thanks

Great presentation by agent -pointed out all the good points of house. She listened to what we required and tried to meet them

Popped in Friday 10th without arranging, currently we are browsing for a new property, Vicki and Charlotte understood our situation and why we are moving, both were more than happy to show us around on what was an extremely hot and I’m sure a tiring day for them.

I left with plenty of information on the different styles of properties, cost and layout of the site, and although the site is still in the initial building phase- you got a good feel for how the site and properties are built.

I’ve looked online and Allison homes gets a good build quality review, we look forward to a further visit and hey we might be purchasing depending on factors.

Steve and Wayne at Venus Fields have been absolutely superb. I cannot thank them enough for ensuring any issues found are resolved in a timely manner. These guys deserve some serious recognition from the senior management team.

We approached Allison Homes about purchasing a bungalow in the future at Frampton. Roxy was very helpful and informative, she even encouraged us to walk around the area a talk to those that have already bought and moved in, which we did. If your not sure about purchasing new just go and speak with Roxy and she'll help you with everything you need to know.

I had a fantastic week completing my work experience at Allison Homes. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome from day one, and I learned so much about the business and what it's like to work in Customer Care.

A special thank you to Courtney Goodwin, Ryan Burcham, Sara Thomas, and Laura Newton for being so welcoming, supportive, and always willing to answer my questions. Their guidance and encouragement made my experience both enjoyable and valuable.

I have come away with a much better understanding of the industry, developed new skills, and gained confidence in a professional workplace. I really appreciate the opportunity and would highly recommend Allison Homes as a great place to work and learn.

Rachel has been nothing but professional and thorough in the process of buying a new home. She went above and beyond to help us and to answer our many questions. My family and I had a positive experience when we visited Allison Homes. We were made very welcomed by Claire Walker who was friendly and professional, giving us time to consider all our options without feeling any pressure at all. Claire was patient and understanding of our final decision and if circumstance change we would not hesitate to return to Allison Homes.

Our viewing today was first class in every way. Rachel, who showed us round and gave us all the information relating to the property we are interested in was amazing. She was friendly and professional as well as being extremely knowledgeable. She took time to understand our requirements and help us in deciding which property would suit us best. She didn’t rush things and could answer everything we asked. Her knowledge of the development, the properties construction and the local area were impressive. We have had a few viewings now in our journey to relocate to Devon and Rachel has by far been the best customer service/ sales person we have encountered. We have come away with everything we need to know and consider prior to making our final decision on our house purchase. We have also made a 2nd appointment with Rachel for Thursday so that we can progress things.

We would just like to say dealing with roxy has been a pleasure, and things have moved very smoothly from using easy mover and selling our house within the first day. Once our house had sold roxy was very quick to get the ball rolling with a meeting as regards what the next steps are.

Thank you to the wonderful Annabelle at Allison Homes in Norwich! We had initially looked at other developments within Norwich until we 'stumbled' across The Oaks, where we met the ever-so-lovely Annabelle. From our very first meeting with her, she really made us feel welcome, and she left us with such a positive and memorable impression of her. The knowledge that she has, her hardwork and dedication to the job, and to helping customers like us find and secure our dream home is apparent, and we really could not have done it without her. Nothing was ever too much for her, and she 'bent over backwards' to assist us. A beautiful person inside and out, Annabelle is such a kind, down-to-earth, friendly, and bubbly person, who has such a lovely way of making you feel seen and heard, and I feel like we have known her for years. Seeing her on the development is like seeing your best friend ☺️ With a lovely smile and such a warm presence, she brightens up everyone's day, and we really can't envisage having anybody else as the 'face' of The Oaks. Perhaps it should be renamed 'Annabelle Homes' 😆 A fantastic development, with some of the most lovely people working on it - from Annabelle, George, Liam, and Mark (Burt), we genuinely consider all of them to be like family to us!

Huge thank you to Tracy at Abbey Park, Thorney. We recently brought a property on this development. Her knowledge, experience and helpfulness was brilliant, which definitely helped with the stress of buying a home. I would definitely recommend Tracy and the team at Abbey Park. We can’t thank them enough.

Moved in to our new house at the end of march, build quality is great and Liam and George the site managers have consistently been helpful going above and beyond with any small issue we have had or help we have needed

All round great and smooth experience. Customer care teams always available to help, special thanks to tareena who has helped me with a couple slight issues that have been resolved fast, made getting my first home much easier and less stressful than I imagined

Tanya was so helpful with the purchase of our new home. Everything was clearly explained and nothing was too much trouble. We are looking forward to moving into our new home shortly. Thank you Tanya for all of your help.

Clare Walker a sales representative in Somersham. She was absolutely amazing as soon as we walked through the door. We were greeted with a massive smile and great interpersonal skills to guide us.
