The Alligator has save me so much time…
The Alligator has save me so much time in my food preparation. I had lost one of the rubber “feet” that kept the tool from sliding. It helped to get the rubber foot back on and to keep the tool from sliding.

Quick turnaround informing me the order was on its way. Regular contact with delivery status. Delivery on date provided (and during the day).
Only issue was how many flights it took to do the above and therefore how much carbon my order generated into the atmosphere. (learning curve for me). :-(

I ordered the wrong size
I ordered the wrong size, needed 1/2 inch blade ordered 9 mm should have been 12mm. Mathias was good enough to ship me the right size and I pay half the shipping which was very generous of him. I tried a cheaper brand not worth it, they just don't compare.
