Poor service
Trying to cover a new vehicle on my policy has been a very poor experience.
Firstly my new vehicle couldn’t be found on the Allianz database. When it was eventually found, despite following the online prompts and watching the tutorial videos I still couldn’t add the vehicle to my policy. I contacted Allianz by email as they only accept telephone calls for claims and had to manually add the new vehicle details. I’m still awaiting a reply and considering if I should just take out a new policy elsewhere, with a company that I can actually speak with and cancel my existing policy.
UPDATE.
Finally, after the third email and despite following the tutorial videos, I have received the correct information on how to add my new vehicle to my existing policy. Perhaps some retraining might be required or better still revert back to being able to actually speak with a customer service representative.

My Tesco renewal car insurance up by 22.66%?
My current car insurance with Tesco increased in price by 22.66%.so I searched the market.com completed a fairly straightforward application form, quote came out from Allianz as the best on offer and also I insure my wife's car with LV which I understand is part of the Allianz Group, a company that have a good reputation. Just one question, I am not sure if there is any additional advantages in having two cars insured with you?
