This Company Has Cost Me Time, Money, and Credit Damage
Alleviate has been a nightmare to deal with. They ignore emails, don’t read the messages you send, and make decisions on your accounts without your consent. Their dashboard is full of errors, their accounting is sloppy, and they pushed through a settlement I never approved, which hurt my credit and created more problems than it solved.
I’ve given them every chance to fix things, but they refuse to communicate. No one should have to fight this hard just to get basic answers about their own accounts. I regret trusting them with my finances, and I hope others think twice before doing the same.
