I engaged this company because I was maintaining, not gaining, on my debt
I engaged this company because I was just "maintaining" my debt and wanted to affect real change. They promised to pay my debts off with a settlement by giving me a loan and me making one payment to them for the loan with my debt resolved. Three months, one settlement. All creditors threatening me day and night with demands for payment and nothing from Alleviate but "oh, its got to get worse to get better." I had a fair credit rating, now I'm deficient rating. I hear more from crickets than I do my "team." They seem like a bunch of attorneys who decided to run a get rich quick scheme that preys on those who want to try and get ahead of debt. Because of their inactions, my credit cards that I have kept are reducing my credit limits due to the mistake of engaging this company for debt relief. The fall out to my mental health, my financial situation and my life is horrible. I wish I had researched better, but the shift from Debt Solutions who took the original call to being farmed out to Alleviate, having to engage with Forth and so on......my debt is worse than ever before.

We can confirm you completed the compliance quality assurance call prior to enrollment, during which you acknowledged both the purpose of the program and the potential impact on your credit.
Although you are approximately three months into your estimated 43‑month program, our team has already successfully negotiated and settled one of your accounts and will continue its efforts as the program progresses. While Alleviate is not a law firm, our records indicate you enrolled in the optional legal plan with a third-party provider. Creditor contact is common in the early stages, and we want you to know you are not alone. We look forward to discussing this and any additional questions you may have.
