Complete shit of customer service
Absolutely no customer service, order is over a month old, haven’t received any shipping info or feedback on what the hold up is, even though everything was listed as in stock and ready to ship. Can not get ahold of anyone, no answers on the phone, the “24/7” chat option or email.

I tried contacting through the website chatbot emal , telephone and no one ever picked up or replied back , by chance I was able to place the order later and it processed , but im not happy with a company that does not assist the customer

Is All Avionics a legitimate company?
The company chased me for my payment but short shipped the order which is understandable. However, multiple attempts to contact them to get an update on the order have been met with silence.
I’m beginning to think they stole my money.

No battery, no shipment, no response
Have had a battery (they claimed was in stock) on order since the end of February. They have NOT returned either my phone calls nor my emails and my credit card company is reporting the same (I'm contesting the charge).

Transponder was delivered missing a…
Transponder was delivered missing a couple small but important nuts which I had to find on salvage aircraft. Likely the fault of the ACK transponder manufacturer, not AllAvionics.

I ordered the AV-30-C
I ordered the AV-30-C, OAT (outside air temperature probe) and 2 amp circuit breaker package in February 2025 and never received the OAT or 2 amp circuit breaker package. I called several times and sent several messages over their website. I did get a call and they said that shipping made an error on the order and they would get it to me. Here it is June with no OAT or circuit breaker package. Since then call they have been unresponsive.

This is one of those boring purchases…
This is one of those boring purchases that just has to work. Comant antenna came brand new, sealed, and shipped in a box that would survive a nuclear blast lol. Installed it on my Mooney last week and getting solid signal quality so far. 5 stars for fast shipping & fair price.
