My radio came quickly after my order. The staff was quick to respond to my questions and it was as advertised.

I ordered an item that was in stock and supposed to ship the next day. It didn't ship for 10 days and I received no response from customer service when I tried to inquire about the delay.

All great!! Purchased the Trig Radio/xpdr combo that arrived quickly and well packed with all certs included. I'm installing both the ty91 and TT22 behind the seats and needed longer harnesses. Martin and Michael were super helpful and even shipper the longer wires before the original once were returned. Very friendly approach, hard to see these days. Highly recommend allavionics. Super fast and at the very best price.

Product just as described!

I purchased an ELT battery. It arrived promptly at a good price with the expected 6 year expiration date. It fit perfectly and was an exact screw-in replacement.

Liked the low price and that the item arrived well packaged and as described. Did not like the lack of communication and delay in shipping.
Customer service needs an upgrade.

Order was placed and it was in pending for 2 days. The credit card was run.

It's been about a week and I still haven't received the item. I guess it is out for delivery now, but this is not acceptable.

They did not ship 3 items as part of the order. I have been trying to call and email for 3 months. No answer and no return emails. It is like they closed their doors.

Purchased a uAvionix AV-Link Certified on August 17, 2024, been trying to get an update when it will ship out since September 4, 2024, AllAllavionics hasn't returned a call, respond to emails, or answered any of my questions on their website chat. Other than the website charging my card $328.15, this business is essentially closed. Sad, considering their excellent customer service in 2023.

I ordered the AV-30 kit with two circuit breakers, two AV-30s and an OAT. the kit came without out circuit breakers and when I contacted Martin about it he told me he was shipping them out that day but because its not with the original order he would have to send me shipping confirmation separately. I never received the shipping confirmation or the circuit breakers. I left a message with no response, I've finally just ordered the circuit breakers from Spruce to finish the installation. I would not recommend this company.

What impressed me was the extra effort. They included pitot-static tubing for the AV30 and shielded wire cable for the tailBeaconX at no extra cost. Nice

After a lot of research, I decided to purchase the uAvionix AV-30 / tailBeaconX bundle, plus a trig TY96 radio and tma44 audio panel. I reached out to AllAvionics.com, and from the very start, they were incredibly helpful. Answering my questions and ensuring I got exactly what I needed.

Product not delivered, shows on tracker at a UPS facility for over 22 days. Have called/texted/emailed all avionics 12 plus times with no answer/response at ALL!
