Patience of Job
All About Pins have the patience of Job. My committee spent 7 months working on the design and getting approval from our board. AAPins were great to work with. I made a few changes and they were quick to provide me with the modified design. Then I ordered them and they arrived ahead of the projected delivery date!! The product is high quality!

Our program is having a 10-year recognition event. A pin was needed to recognize those employees who have been here since the start. There was great communication throughout! The team at All about pins was timely and engaged. They worked closely with various designs to get a final design which was great! Available by phone to clarify process. Not happy with customer service
I ordered pins. The graph for sizing wasn’t clear. The associate was helpful in the beginning. I had to order 100 although I only needed 25. Once they came they were much bigger than we had discussed and I envisioned. I asked for them to just send the 25 that I needed with the right size and I would pay, they told me I had to order another 100 at a slight discount. I would not go back to All About Pins. They were professional until the final purchase. I have since found another company that I am happy with for my lapel pins. I do not and would not recommend All About Pins to anyone!
