We had a once in a longshot picture…
We had a once in a longshot picture with the grand kids and one of the faces had the eyes closed and not smiling. One kid out of place. After using Alivemoment - the picture was saved. All kids with beautiful smiles for our special day. Thank you.

What DIDN'T go wrong
What DIDN'T go wrong? These criminals should be in jail. I bought a subscription, created a moving picture, CANNOT SHARE IT the share button doesn't work, and I had to work for 20 minutes to cancel my subscription.
You cannot contact them except by email. there is no chat for assistance. These guys straight up suck DO NOT USE THEM.
