I’ve had a very frustrating experience…
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. Since April 6, I’ve been trying to get an update on my next set of aligners after submitting the required information, but have received little to no response.
When I finally spoke with customer service, I was given instructions that directly contradicted what I had previously been told. I was informed that I needed to submit photos after completing my treatment, which was never clearly communicated before and has caused unnecessary delays.
To make matters worse, during the call I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain my situation, which made the interaction feel dismissive and unprofessional.
Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistent information, and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on how my case has been handled.

I'm more upset than my husband right now. 2 months of waiting for his teeth guards. 2 months of paying a bill thst he dont even have guards for. 3 different shipments arrives, with no guards.
