Do not shop with these cowboy fitters scammers take your money and don't give service fitting needed and I get told of I want refund they take there's flooring back of give me £25 out of £165

I used this company once before and did not have a great experience but decided to give them another chance. I wish I had not. I picked my carpet and fitting date and asked them to call me when they were half an hour away as I am not local to where it was to be fitted. On the day, I received a call advising they were there and where was I. I said to the guy on the phone, listen mate, I asked you to call when you were half hour away, as I am not local. He then told me to shut up and not to speak to him like that or he would leave. I told him to go. I called the shop who were apologetic and the guy stayed and fit the carpet. Once they had been paid, they then became agresive and rude again, telling me to shut up, I asked if they were taking the left overs/off cuts from finishing the job and they refused. This was both the fitter and the owner/manager who were behaving like this. I also asked for underlay and after checking, none had been put down. They are beyond rude, no customer service what so ever, and I will never use them again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them!!! COWBOYS!!
