Such a serious company does not care about its words and new clients. I tried to contact at least someone for 2 weeks and every day I heard that they would definitely call me back tomorrow. No one called back or answered for 10 days. I called every day and repeated my story over and over again, again someone wrote down my phone number and question and: nothing.
When I called the last 2 days and it was clear that I was already dissatisfied, they connected me with someone: hurray!
They connected me with the director, who said that his secretary would call me and set up a day for the meeting.
2 days later I received a call from a woman who again started asking what we needed: but we still needed a meeting, she finally told us that this was impossible for us.
We're too insistent on calling haha.
This company is too busy with their current customers and don't need new ones.
