What you receive is nothing like the picture.

WARNING- it's a terrible company. I Can't understand that KLARNA support these kind of companies. I ordered a phone case in December, I still haven't seen it. They are claiming they sent it in January, but can't tell me how they communicated with me where to pick it up. Now they are saying I have to pay a fee to have it returned, even though I never received it.
One can't phone them and when checking the organisation number in Sweden it doesn't exist..

This is a crap company, no service, wrong product delivered and I should pay the return?? Seriously. The rates are real, dont buy from this company

Like many others, I didn't read the review before ordering the clothes. The clothes look nice on the website but are real bad when received. They don't even look the same and take a long time to arrive since they are from China. The refund policy is also real bad. Do not buy from this website!

It is Swedish registered Chinese fraud. Real garbage products, expensive and technically no return policy. Avoid at all costs, save your time, money and energy, seriously!

Such a huge dissapointment. This website is a scam, the quality of the clothes is very bad and it doesn't worth the money. If I return them back I need to pay a fee plus an extra cost for every item. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

If I can give them -minus star I would. A fraudulent company that is taking away people’s money and send them crap plastic items that you cannot return and wrong items and now they want to charge you returning fees and also you should pay for returning to China.

Ordered a polo shirt from this company and when I received it (after 2 weeks) the quality was absolutely awful. The label had been cut out, no price tag and the size was a large when I ordered a small. Do not trust this cheap knock off company selling chinese products but advertising high quality material.

I paid extra for express shipping, but it was clearly not shipped quickly, if you really have to order from this company, save your money and stick to regular shipping, it won't make any difference anyway.
Also, the quality is horrible. They don't write the fabric composition on the website. I bought "linen pants", thinking there would be at least some linen in them. Nope. 100% polyester. And the style and cut look nothing like the pictures. Big disappointment.
I do NOT recommend buying from Alethea!

Worst Company ever.
Purchased for 1.000,- SEK
Tried to return because the goods was cheap chinese knock offs but Alethea doesnt help with returning goods.
They sent me an adress to China where I could try to sent it back to.
If they received the package they would pay back 750,- SEK because of 250,- SEK in returning fees!!
Clearly a scam.
