Birthday bouquet

My experience with birthday bouquet :

So there was no delivery on specific date, instead I was asked to pay again for one more delivery or to pick up by myself (customer support) .


"The driver try to deliver the order without luck- nobody open the doors for the driver, so it was return to the shop"

In condition that recipient was at home all day. No phone call, no intercom call, no apologies at least.

In conclusion : mean, unprofessional. Recipient picked by herself next day.
