I found BioMedics 1 day contact lenses here for a great price. For some reason, it became harder to find these particular contacts elsewhere in different packs (30, 60, 90), but Alensa seems to always have them, which is great. I like the option of the InPost (locker) delivery, which suits me perfectly price wise. I recommend Alensa.

Absolutely useless! Ordered glasses and lenses which took weeks to arrive.
When received the lenses were nothing like the prescription given so were returned.
Over 4 weeks with no communication I had to resolve to paypal to get a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! !

Glasses arrived. They are seconds, I bought Burberry sunglasses, whilst they have burberry on the lens, they do not have the signature check on the arms and as shown in the photographs on Alensa’s own website. I am expected to pay for the return of good which are not as shown and are ultimately seconds.
I am still waiting for my refund - many excuses, had to get my credit card company to assist!
A whole week since my return was delivered and. o communication from Alensa. Please note if you go to google maps to see the rerun address, it is simply a semi detached house. Further evidence that this is a scam shop

sent wrong size frames, after i had ordered the correct size, said it was a stock issue, but still took payment and sent them, i had to pay £6.49 to return for a refund, but refused to refund return postage cost, even though it was their mistake!

I called them after making a contact lense order. I had selected + instead of - on my prescription by mistake. The adviser advised of the amendment being sent to his stores. 15 minutes later I receive an email confirming dispatch of the wrongly made order. I called the alensa adviser again who quoted that the order was still with them and that he will have this amended but was not very sure of this.
Update 2/9/25
I have received an email from Alensa advising of not being able to amend my order. This is not recorded with royalmail as on route yet and obviously sitting in the Alensa stores. Won't go the extra mile for a customer then I will not be using their service again.

On checking the Royalmail tracking information only 1 hour ago on 3/9/25. This showing advised of and expecting parcel today! Again this backs the lack of finding and amending the order in your stores. The 24 hour parcel is advised to being expected on 5/9/25! More lip service! For the sakes of a £10 pack of contact lenses! Embarrassing for such a large company that fails it's customer through bone idle responses!
