Bought a pair of Persol. Arrived super fast and well packed. Unfortunately had to return as found different pair elsewhere at the same time. The best customer service and return experience. I will be a customer next time.

This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced from any company. The arm fell off an expensive pair of designer glasses after a month (I’ve never had a pair of glasses break before because I look after them extremely well). I returned them to Alensa who confirmed in writing that the metal hinges on the glasses are bent so the screw could not sit correctly in the glasses and thus cannot hold the arm together. They stated they ‘are not sure how this is even possible as the material is all metal’ which confirms that they are clearly a faulty pair for this is to happen to them. They are not taking any responsibility for the fault and instead are blaming it on me for mechanical damage resulting from me mishandling them which is obscene when they were looked after well and the arm just randomly fell off when wearing them. They are refusing to refund the faulty glasses. I can see from other reviews that they have done this to multiple customers now so I would urge anyone thinking of ordering from them to not do so unless they want to receive faulty goods and be refused a refund. I’ve never experienced anything like this before from any company and I will be warning everyone I know to not shop with them.

I found what I was looking for on the Alensa website but before placing the order I contacted them by phone to check stock levels as I needed them quickly - several other sites were selling the frames but didn't have stock - and the gentleman who took my call was very helpful and they had the frames in stock. 8 quickly ordered them via the website but realised I had omitted the invoice address which was different to the delivery address and again after a brief call this was resolved. Delivery was within the stated timescale and the cherry on top was, the FANTASTIC PRICE!

Took advantage of the sign up deal (10%off) for some polaroid transitional glasses for distance. They got my prescription spot on and the fitting and they came within the stated time frame. I got a free gift option too and chose a lip balm. I would definitely use again.

I recieved my Gucci glasses and within 6 weeks they were not sitting straight on face. I returned and after review I have been told to clean the make up off them and take them to my own opticians. This is awful customer and no reason why the frame would bend.
I will continue to make others aware of either replica or factory seconds being sold!
If I do not receive a refund for my
Order I will continue to post on all platforms and seek legal action against this company as this is not fair on anyone to go through

Products and service of the business was fine however the customer service are rather incompetent in resolving any issues or conflicts you have with the service and ignore emails when they don’t have an answer to your questions.
Update = they now claim they have replied to all my emails and that there must be an issue when receiving them when the last 3 emails Iv sent them have all been delivered and read but no reply!

22/9 (Monday) placed order, 23/9 I received an email saying that it was dispatched, 25/9 (Thu) I emailed telling them that Royal Mail have not yet started delivering. An agent replied me that Royal Mail would scan on 26/9 night and possible to deliver on 27th (Sat), the whole process to be completed on the 29th, they said.
However, on 27th morning, I emailed to them about it due to the status on Royal Mail was showing “ Expecting to receive”, they are still no action on delivery, however nobody replied me until I called Alensa on 29th (Monday), they told me there was an error so the parcels will be slightly delayed, and will be arrival on 30/9 (Tue) or 1/10 (Wed).
I wonder why Alensa didn’t notice that there was an error on the first day when I made an enquiry on 25/9, but replied me that was on track within 2-4 business day.?? It is totally 7 business days eventually.
Actually I don’t have enough lens to wait until 30/9 or 1/10, that forced me to reuse the daily contact lens again, and ordered from another company urgently with extra money to buy due to Alensa’s poor customer services.

Awful company. I purchased a set of glasses and was told I would be contacted if the prescription I chose did not suit the glasses. I also sent an email and asked for confirmation of this before the glasses were made. I required a thinner lense than I had purchased (happy to have changed this it it was recommended) I was completely ignored by this company and they continued to make the glasses and send them out, despite me saying I did not want this. Three times I asked to make a complaint and each time I was ignored. I have now recieved the glasses and the lenses are way too thick. I cannot physically wear them. I have got in touch now about a refund and they are still fobbing me off, telling me I have to purchase another pair before they take mine back. I also dont get the full money back because of the lenses. By a company that I asked not to send out as I was not happy!!
Completely put me off purchasing glasses online.

I found BioMedics 1 day contact lenses here for a great price. For some reason, it became harder to find these particular contacts elsewhere in different packs (30, 60, 90), but Alensa seems to always have them, which is great. I like the option of the InPost (locker) delivery, which suits me perfectly price wise. I recommend Alensa.
