The ring looks nice from afar, but is clearly cheaply made. It’s a 6-prong solitaire, and the prongs are not evenly spaced around the stone. It will do as my “travel ring” but I wouldn’t recommend for anything more sentimental than costume jewelry. I also received a set of earrings “for free” as part of a 2-for-1 deal: the part that goes into my ear is so thick that it’s painful to insert, and I also started feeling itchy immediately (so they’re not hypoallergenic). Sadly I won’t be able to wear them and will give them away.

TLDR: I got what I paid for: I paid “on sale” pricing around Black Friday, but I have a suspicion that that claim is nothing more than a deceptive marketing tactic. The fact that they’re constantly having a sale is a red flag.

Apparently, it’s a scam. Be careful! They are not responding to any emails, and I haven’t received my order yet. I should have trusted the comments I saw earlier before ordering.

They never tried to resolve any issues I brought up and completely ghosted me. The ring is nice but not what they promised and they don’t care enough to even respond to an email or dm to rectify the issues. Customer service is a zero stars. They only got one star because the ring is cute.

I never got my ring nor any updates on my ring. I feel like I have gotten scammed!!!

I bought 3 rings that were part of a buy 2, get 1 free. You also get a special gift. Well, I didn’t receive any notification or tracking number. I had to reach out to see what was going on. I had to email more than once to get some type of response. I finally got a response and a tracking #. Not too long after, I got my order. The 2 rings were nice. The “special gift” was a small jewelry box with a small light 🙄. The 3rd one never showed up. I reached out to them in regard to the 3rd one. No response. I then reached out to request a refund. Surprise, surprise..no response. Don’t risk it.

Trying to do a ring return and get the correct size and have messaged customer service 4 times since Christmas and not heard anything back. Please contact me and I will remove the review - I don't like to leave bad reviews but just want to return the wrong size ring and replace with correct size

Bought my ring and was disappointed with the quality and customer service. The gold color is a cheap fake looking color and the stone became loose after two weeks or so of wear: I contacted customer care and provided video of loose stone. They ignored my request and claim evidence. Would not waste my money unless you’re willing to risk losing your money.

They said their rings have Diamonds stones, to be honest for that price I didn’t think that was even a lab grown diamond, then in the description they say “diamond simulant stones”, so… cubic zirconia? Okay

I Want to give it a Zero. They send an empty package

I placed my order over 3 weeks now. I have not heard anything. The AI assistant is no use. I have no tracking number. I figured my money is lost for good.

I ordered a ring, not only did it take 4 days longer to arrive than originally stated, on this company’s website it states your ring comes with“ Alder Jewellers luxury gift package includes their signature custom box's, a thank you gift card and more!”

I received no such thing. No box only a ring sizer which is ironic as the ring they sent was also the wrong size. A clear misrepresentation of what you receive. The ring is also defective with the middle stone shaking in its setting. So disappointed. Waited ages only for a poor quality product.

I was so excited to order my wedding ring for my wedding and I actually ended up ordering two rings! However, I never received them and went to get married and had no ring!!! This company absolutely took my money and ruined the best day of my life. Do not order from here, and I will continue to let everyone know not to order from the site weekly!!!

This is so worth the money! I've obsessed over this ring for months contemplating what size to get and if it would look real or tacky. I needed a ring while my set is shipped off getting cleaned and found this through instagram. Pictures and videos don't do it justice! It's so sparkly and looks so real! All my friends keep asking if my husband opened a credit card just to get this lol. No one knows its fake, I am a size 6 and was worried it wouldn't fit but it fits perfect. If you want a little more snug fit go down a half size or a full size. It's very light also and isn't heavy to wear. I was also worried it would bump everything but so far it hasn't bothered me. I washed my hands, fell asleep, and did all the vacation things and it's still not bothering me and sparkles perfectly. I'm going to order another style for my mom. Seriously just get it! It's such a great price.

I was sent a defective ring. I’ve tried emailing numerous times requesting for a replacement. A rep responded back letting me know that my request has been forwarded to another department. It’s been four months and no one has responded back to any of my emails including other follow up emails. Their phone number is not assigned. I just want my replacement ring or a refund. They offer a life time warranty. How can they honor that if they don’t even respond back to emails resolving defective items that were sent? I’ve been very patient and pleasant in all my emails. I just feel disappointed with their lack of service.
