We stayed at East farm cottages kelsale 25/06/2026 - 29/06/2026 we booked it to have a 50th Birthday gathering there we had a lovely stay was pefect. Everything clean and tidy. Weather was absolutely perfect was abit too hot really, but didn't spoil it. We stayed in the Dairy. Nice and quiet area. We have also booked for xmas 2026. It was actually very nice to have the use of the swimming pool too. Grounds all kept nice and tidy. Thankyou once again.

Really lovely cottage the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it didn't have any outside space and I didn't realise that when booking. My mistake but it would have made it perfect. Really good size, good location.

We enjoyed our stay but my husband slipped in the shower because there was no mat on the shower floor or hand rail to hold on to getting out of the shower.

It would be a good idea to install these in order that no one else slips.

We've booked through Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages for many years now and always had excellent service from them. All the cottages in Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Wickham Market that we've stayed at have been clean and well kept. The booking process and communication from Angela and the team has been excellent, and in most cases we have received a call from the office to let us know our accommodation is ready. On the one occasion where, at short notice, our chosen accommodation became unavailable due to the owner's personal circumstances, we were offered a choice of alternatives of which one was a considerable upgrade which we took and have subsequently re-visited several times. I highly recommend Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages for their professional but friendly service.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wigeon Cottage. Everything we needed was there and of very high quality. We would definitely book again.

Delightful cottage with lovely small private garden. Well equipped kitchen with nice seating area. Spacious living room, the accommodation was fine for 4 adults and 2 children.
Easy parking, close to beach and good pub nearby.
The company responded quickly and efficiently when contacted.

The cottage was lovely. Exceptionally clean and the pictures don't do it justice. Peaceful location and very close to the meare and pub. Would recommend.

Beautiful, clean, well-equipped and spacious apartment. Great views from the turret room, which was a wonderful place for a sundown drink. Excellent location with less than five minutes' walk to the High Street and Aldeburgh beach. We enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommend this property. (The only thing that didn't work was the 20-year old plasma TV. I think that this should be replaced with an up-to-date Smart TV so that visitors can access both broadcast television and TV apps).

Booking process straightforward and all communications clear.
Cottage combines old, characterful features with all modern necessities. Spotlessly clean. It's in a great location near shops and pub etc. Seagull noise a bit annoying but you get used to it!

Comfortable, spacious and well equipped accommodation in an excellent location a stone’s throw from the lovely high street and beach. We really enjoyed our return visit and hope to be back in the autumn.

I would recommend Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages based on my experience this year. The online booking process was easy to navigate. The property was delightful and really well equipped. On my arrival day I got a courtesy call to let me know the property was ready ahead of time, which I really appreciated. I definitely intend to use this company again.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. Good position . Suitable for us as a couple and 2 dogs. The only thing that was jarring was paperwork in the house asked us to "clean and leave the house in a condition that would show no sign of the dogs being there". We always clear up and clean before we leave. We did pay extra dog fees presumably for cleaning. The owner was not doing us a favour allowing our dogs, as we paid extra for the privilege. We felt the wording was begrudging and a little ungracious. Some local information would have been welcome, local dogwalks, shortcuts to beach, etc.. I know a welcome pack is not compulsory but this cottage is the first we have been to with not even a pint of milk in the fridge. We did travel from Bristol. We are in our mid 60s and have stayed in a lot of cottages . We did have a good week but just a couple of things could be improved .

Excellent house and facilities and highly recommended

This is our 5th year with Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages, in various cottages and they have all been clean and well-equipped. This year's choice, 2 Hazelwood, was all on one level and a great location for exploring the area. Already thinking about next year's cottage!
