The site is easy to use. It's handy to have the option to save your project so you can get back to it later. The layout options really helped and I found all the options I needed easily. Maybe a few more font choices (like Helvetica or even Arial) would be nice.

Don't hesitate to use Albelli. Their product is brilliant and the site easy to use. The customer service is always there ready to help and provide outstanding service. I have tried various sites for making photobooks and Albelli is by far the best.

I decided to order my wedding…
I decided to order my wedding invitations from albelli because a friend of mine recommended it to me. However, my experience with albelli become a real nightmare because the quality of the products I received was very poor from the begining. For instance, the invitations arrived in five opportunities with a different shade of the colour I ordered, with scratches, some with the ink blurred, and so forth. I contacted the customer service in due time and reported the issues I faced with the delivered orders. I must admit, sometimes I received good treatment as a customer and some others not at all, to the extent that my fiancé had to call and complain because of the treatment I was receiving as a foreign person that does not speak Dutch. Moreover, in that opportunity, albelli agreed with my fiancé in sending back the 25% of the price I paid for a previous order. However, that reimbursement has not taken place so far. I really hope I do not have to use your services anymore.

We have made a full refund of the first attempt of your order since the wrong design was chosen. In response to this we have cancelled the order and made the refund on March 26th.
The set of cards with the print error has been reproduced and has been sent free of charge. According to the Track & Trace of PostNL we can see it should have arrived on April 9th. We have send you an email with the details. Again, our apologies for the inconvenience.
