Awful service - average photo book quality
I ordered a photo album as a birthday present for my father who's birthday happens to be mid December. I used Albelli only because they were promising a 5-day delivery time which is apparently a scam. I ordered my photo album in November and received it about a MONTH later. The customer service said it's delayed because of Christmas but when I placed my order it was not even close to Christmas yet and the website had no notification of any possible delays. Nobody reached out to me after those 5 working days to let me know that there has been a delay. After using their platform and working on an album for about 40 hours to make it look perfect, I believe it would not be too much to ask if they would at the very least send a message that the order is not gonna make it in 5 days. After talking to them they promised that the album will be there by Christmas. On 24th I receive a message that it won't. Thanks a lot for ruining a birthday AND Christmas. I will go for another photo service next time.

Expensive and blurry pictures
I always order at Albelli and everytime the quality gets less. Last time, there were 'cutting errors'. The pages were cut of in the text, while it was correct on my screen. I order the book when I was still abroad and was too late to send it back. As I was just too late, I tried another time with Albelli. As always, I ordered the M size. When I received the book, it was a lot smaller then normally while I paid more or less the same price. For this size, I think the book is way too expensive. Besides, there were again printing errors. This time, many pictures were blurry.
I do not recommend Albelli.

What a disappointing experience this was! I ordered a fotoalbum for the first (and last) time with Albelli on the 1st of December, as a Christmas present for my family. Despite the website advertising all orders sent before 18th of December would be delivered before Christmas, the album was delivered on December 27th. While waiting, I contacted the customer service twice and received no assistance. Imagine my surprise when I found out that the quality of the album I received is also extremely poor, really unacceptable! I will return it and ask for my money back! Needless to say I will never use Albelli again.

I ordered some calendars more than 2 weeks ago and they have not even been produced yet. They were supposed to be delivered before Christmas. I wanted to give them as Christmas gifts and now I have to spend additional money on the postage to send them to my relatives. I am really disappointed and will not order here again! There are better companies out there. Dont order with this company!

After reading all the bad reviews here about Albelli I got a bit worried about the 4 calenders i ordered which should be there before Christmas. I was promised it would arrive before Christmas and I am happy to say that they arrived today, on the 24th!! They also look amazing. So I am happy, also because i got a nice discounted price as part of a special offer.

I am so utterly disappointed. I ordered a calendar on 6th of December, well in time for Christmas. It is supposed to be a Christmas present, but I am pretty sure it won't arrive. :( I cannot believe that I let myself be fckd over like this. Definitely will never order again and you shouldn't either.

Did my calenders here, didnt recieve them before Christmas - they are not willing to send them to another EU country, so I could get them before Christmas and couldn't tell me when they would be produced so I could pick them up.. needless to say - will stick to vistaprint.

I have used Albelli frequently over the years. I was always happy with the result, but must conclude that their service is not what it used to be. For this Christmas I ordered 2 products (on 2nd of December!) and Friday I cancelled one of them and ordered with another provider to be absolutely sure that it was delivered on time (which was delivered this morning!!) The second product is said to come before 24th of December - but I can't use that, as we leave on holiday on the 20th. Really disappointed that this present now won't be under the tree - also when I thought I ordered well on time. I understand that it can be busier in this time of year, but a delivery time of more than 3 weeks on a product which I could have ordered somewhere else and had within a week... Is just really bad. I won't be using Albelli anymore after this.
