Alanita Travel has been my go-to booking site for my US-India travel needs for over 10 years. Their team is consistently helpful and incredibly responsive. During my most recent booking (June 2026), I had a complex itinerary requiring a one-way ticket from the US to India, multiple one-way tickets from India to the US, and a round-trip ticket. Ragaven was exceptionally patient, walking me through various options to ensure I got the best available deals. The booking process is seamless, and their communication is excellent. I highly recommend them!

No proper updates/responses, each time everyone without even reading the email will ask the question from the scratch, tired of explaining to everyone every time…
Everyone will give a wrong information, with inadequate knowledge of booking & not giving right direction or good suggestions to the customer.. their intention is to just book the ticket and get their commotion.
I rescheduled the trip with AirIndia and paid &1820 through Zelle to Alanita travels which includes, penalty, extra fair + tax, additional luggage in which I understand that penalty is completely not refundable. Finally I had to cancel the ticket because of AirIndia changing the itinerary which doesn’t work for me, But they have given only the original fair that I paid not any part of $1820 I paid it during rescheduling. Atleast after $6xx of penalty remaining amount need to be refunded, they Alanita not even giving a clarity on that part till now.. I am struggling a lot to follow with them multiple times and each of them will hear this story every time as a fresh start and say different different things.
They all kind of mocking the money that they get this additionally and can’t give back any of it.
Every time I book the flight with them, when something with reschedule they are doing money robbery and not taking any accountability to the customer, they broke the 12+ years of trust, worst ever operation model which. Ever can get it back.
I will never go with them henceforth and I wouldn’t recommend anyone going with them. Playing with people innocence and emotions. Totally cheating.
Forneverything they will at a point tell that their manager will call back, but he manager will not call back even after 3 days, we need to send an email reminder they one person will start from the beginning.
I don’t have an option of deselecting the single star even

I have been struggling for last 3 days and 3-4 times my ticket was cancelled because payment was getting declined by Ethiad airlines. This time Divya helped by staying on phone with me till the ticket was issued. She made the process so smooth and it took her just few minutes to get me the ticket while earlier I was struggling hours because of the payment getting declined by Etihad I would know only after 2-3 hours and then we started the process again. Other agents told all is good I should not worry and still my ticket got cancelled.
