The quality of clothes is very poor compared to the price.

They delivered only one item out of 2. And they marked both as delivered when they emailed me. I am unable to get in touch with them on social media and they don't have a freaking contact number. They refuse to give me a refund for a product that has not been delivered. I have lost my money. Please don't bother and waste your money on this label and the worst service I have come across for online shopping. Upon various complaints, they have deleted my account and eaten my money. Please don't order from here and save yourself.

The company is a fraud. They take orders, cancel them after 10 days, give you a credit voucher and cancel the new order many times. U keep ordering they won’t deliver. A big scam

Cheap shein-type clothes (safe to say plastic) at exorbitant prices with incorrect sizes. 38 is their 32

They are misleading users by providing incorrect size charts for dresses on their website.

I exchanged a dress 4 times only because I was abiding by their company policies. But it seems like they have absolutely no concern, value or respect for their customers.

I ordered all the dresses from the website only after looking at the given size chart, which was never true. If they are misleading users by showing them an incorrect size chart, they have absolutely no right to keep their money, it's completely unethical.

Plus, they never return the whole amount, each time they deduct a certain amount, mounting to just more customer dissatisfaction.

More to that, the website is just pathetic with no option to cancel the order. They are just looting the customers with absolutely no way to escape.

I no more need credits, I am so done with them. I just need my money to be refunded.

I have had a pathetic experience with them! I placed an order about a month back and after 2 weeks of not receiving my order i tried connecting with their team. Their customer service is horrible,there’s no phone number mentioned on the website! So be careful, you wont receive any response and if you do try and connect through instagram you will, most likely be speaking to a bot with standard answers which wont help but make you even more frustrated!

I still haven’t received my order and even after writing to them so many times they are not giving me refund!

Alamode by akanksha provides you with the worst possible quality of the product. I never received the product as I ordered.. It's always always different (not only the make but also the quality of the material used and the colour) and then when I wish to get it exchanged, I'll have to pay extra 80 rs.. And surprisingly, the quality of product is such that I always have to get it exchanged. (They're using such a cheap trick of making money) .
Worst worst experience of shopping with Alamode by akanksha. I've put a permanent ❌ on purchasing from this store. Very disappointing. Can't even give away the purchases because it's not even wearable.

2)They never respond to cancelation or refund mails. I ordered 2.5k dress and what a cheap and low quality I have received.

What a third class company:
1) the pictures look different from what you receive
2) order processing time is about a month
3) They will cancel the order and issue store credit. You place an order with the store credit and again will cancel your order. So, your money is stuck.

I ordered a Light Blue Tuscany Coat from this site.
In the photo on their site, it looks sleek and suave but when the actual product arrived, it looks super cheap and downmarket. The blue of the coat is different from what is shown on the site, it is absolutely frumpy and shapeless, the material looks extremely cheap. The sleeves are different from what is shown on the site, and the length of the coat is also much shorter than what is shown on the site. The buttons look cheap and tacky too.

It looks like something you'd buy at a roadside stall for less than 500 rupees. I paid almost 3000 bucks for it! It's a total rip off.
Also, they are fully unresponsive on email- I guess they don't care once they have got money for their sham products.

Pathetic and fraudulent websites. They are scamming people. Received a shipment yesterday. The products are stinking. Quality is extremely bad. No tags on the products. Sizes are not mentioned which means they just send whatever is available and yoh get stuck in exchanges. I'm going to consumer court to file a complaint. Don't waste your money be aware.

Earlier, I ordered Tuscany Formal Coat (Dark Blue). The dimensions that they show on website are totally incorrect. The style was not at all matching the web photo. The quality was like that of a roadside vendor. I asked for refund. They didn't give me refund but gave me a gift card to exchange. Then I used it to order Maldi Luxury Track Set Pink. Again, the same problem arose. They don't get in touch on phone. It's difficult to explain the problem on email every time. The exchanged order also had terrible quality. I don't feel like wearing it at all. Please do not waste your money. It's a fraud and cheat website. They do not respond. They do not return your money. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Alice Woolen Coord Set - skirt is not flowy like in the picture and top doesn't match the picture on website - arm's length is shorter in real.
Limidous Coord Set - This is a camisole with polyester shirt - i don't know why you are charging 2500 for this.
it will cost 400 rupees even if buy in any good material.
Literally selling a camisole for 2500 with a polyester shirt.

Jenna Coords - skirt is too loose and the design is not as shown in the picture, it's more rounded. top doesn't have long hands its short hands.

With this amount we can actually buy in zara.

Please exchange with the real clothes not what you have made and sent us.

It’s terrible… the quality is so bad and with every return they are deducting Rs 89 and then additional Rs 50 shipping charges . I had to return the product thrice because it was either torn or of a very bad quality . Pls don’t purchase from them … they have no customer support… no one responds to their email… it’s pathetic

Horrible experience. They ended up sending one of two products and like others have said here there is no way to get in touch except email. Wish i had seen these reviews here first . Please save yourself time n effort n money and buy elsewhere
