Genuine customer service

The transfer in took around a week

The transfer in took around a week, but the status in their portal showed as pending for at least a further week, even though I could make some investments with the new funds (one of the deals took a couple of days to complete, but the others took at least a week).

Very helpful agent

Although the agent was very helpful and talked me through the process, I was surprised how less than straightforward it was to set up a regular £200 p.m. direct debit into my existing stocks and shares ISA. The entire process needs radical simplification.
