Ajax Alarm System - Best decision
The system works properly and does what it should. No faults or errors so far. Even if it’s more expensive than other systems I can only recommend the alarm system.
Installed by a professional electrican company it started to work within a couple of minutes. Good decision. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Outstanding system — years ahead of the competition
Ajax alarms are fantastic; they genuinely feel years ahead of other alarm manufacturers in almost every aspect.
The hardware is sleek and well-built, and the app is brilliant — fast, intuitive, reliable, and beautifully designed. The entire ecosystem integrates seamlessly, and the battery life on the devices is incredible.
Customer support is also second to none. When I contacted them, I was helped almost immediately by a knowledgeable, friendly team who provided clear links to great documentation and video guides. Everything was straightforward and easy to follow. Excellent all round.

Defective sensor
We had an issue with one of the sensors: the battery was empty after only 3 months
They were changed immediately but after another 3 months it was the same
After contacting technical support they came 2 days later and changed the sensor which appeared to be defective
Kudos to our contact Thomas and your excellent service
So yes, I will definitely (and already have done so) recommend Ajax Security 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Ajax manufacturer produce quality systems and decices , ive been using them for more than half a year ,and i can count on it , not only devices ,sensors , detectors but software and various options of customisation of how they works are awesome.Also settings are very logical and fine tuned. I really like this manufacturer and hardly find alternative on the same technology level TOM

I replaced my old ADT system two years…
I replaced my old ADT system two years ago with an Ajax alarm. I am so happy I made the move. Gone are the monthly charges for no apparent service and the fact that when the alarm went off, a family member was called. This is both more reliable and five times more user-friendly. And I don't need a dedicated land line, etc. I've had one issue, which was a technical issue on my part. I emailed the question to customer support and received a reply within 10 minutes. Solved. Can't recommend them highly enough.
