If I could give a zero
If I could give a zero, I would! Absolutely terrible, unprofessional service! We had them scheduled for service a week after purchase at Home Depot. Had to take time off work. Not only did they not call to give us updates, they never showed within the timeframe. They then rescheduled for 10 days later! 10 days! THEN, no show again with no updates. We had to call them after the time window closed. THEN they tried to reschedule for another 9 days later! Unacceptable & unprofessional. Hopefully I will get a refund but I doubt it.
Really fast delivery
Really fast delivery, gave a good time frame the day before delivery and the driver called to say they would deliver within the hour. Overall a very positive experience! Thanks AIT

Tried calling the customer service help line which kept me holding for an excessive amount of time. Definitely wouldn’t use again.
The worst experience I have ever…
The worst experience I have ever encountered with a delivery service. We ordered a treadmill that was supposed to be delivered within 9-11 days, after two weeks passed by I reached out to Dicks Sporting Goods, who recommended calling AIT. For multiple weeks, I got the run around from AIT "trying to contact dispatch," and always saying they would call me back and I never got a call back. I finally had the issue escalated through DSG who seemed to be more helpful. Of the many calls to AIT, on the final week of the month, only one person ever called me back - her name was Jackie and she was very kind.
Also, when the AIT technicians finally did come, they smelled strongly of weed. Will never again purchase from someone that uses AIT for delivery services.
What a circus!
OK communication ahead of time about when they were supposedly coming to deliver our furniture, but absolutely lousy follow through. Waited all afternoon for the delivery window, finally called the local terminal an hour and a half after the scheduled delivery window ended and was told that they would deliver it the next day. No call from the driver or from AIT dispatcher to let me know that I would be waiting all day with my thumb up my Axx for nothing. I told the terminal contact not to deliver before 2pm as we would not be there, so of course the driver delivered at 1pm, lying to a neighber saying we had given them permission to just drop the items off which was absolutely not true. All boxes were strapped together on one pallet and left out in the weather. One of the boxes bundled on the pallet was pressed into another, damaging the dresser we had ordered. Terrible company, does not respect their clients' time and showed extremely poor communication and service. Do not recommend using these clowns.

I`m not writing reviews recently but those guys made me waste a lot my personal time with their shit load and keep telling they losing money on the load they selling almost 1$ a mile from GA to IL , selling impossible load for crazy low money and don`t wanna pay layovers for holding over the weekend when they shipper loading 3+ hours and making trip impossible for next day am delivery with tris weather conditions

Horrible company. Worst customer service every. Called so many times with the run around that the coordinator and manager would call me back. Guess what? Never did. Had to escalate to the company I ordered from.

Would give negative starts if possible. Order was made it November. It was supposed to be delivered 10 days later on 12/9. Now 12/23 (2 weeks late) and shipper doesn't know where the order is or when I will receive it. Their tracking system is a joke and their tech support don't even know how to interpret it.

Delivered on non-acceptable day (Sunday) after being told Sunday delivery unacceptable. Company should check, not just plan, a acceptable day and time frame. Will not use ATI company in future.
Where to begin…STEER CLEAR IN LOUISIANA
Where to begin…what should have been a simple delivery ended up with a summons for a court date with a max fine of $500 and my arrest posted online “in error” and all due to an immature delivery man and total lack of driver communication that could have prevented it all! BUT the tv is in one piece as far as I know (haven’t taken it from the box yet!) AND like others the delivery was days late from original set date! Steer clear IF you have a choice.

The delivery drivers were both friendly and helpful. Came on time and put my sofa together for me. Would definitely recommend this company again!
DEPLOYABLE
I was notified of a delivery between 8.36/10.36 today the 10th October.
The slot came and went.
Talking to the company the delivery never left the Depot in Northampton until 9.40am.Given that I live in Chingford there was no way that they could have delivered by 10.36am.No notification from AIT of a late delivery.Phoned the company at 11.30am and was informed delivery will be another 40/50 minutes.
I have had numerous delivery by DPD over the years and they have never missed there hourly time slot.
I really really wish that I could give a negative star
5* Delivery & Customer Service!!
Mark and Kevin delivered my bed/and unit this afternoon, well within the timeframe. They were fast, efficient and friendly. The previous courier left one of the heavy beds at the front of my property without even knocking my door, but Mark and Kevin kindly took it upstairs which was really helped. Thank you both for going the extra mile to provide an excellent customer service.

Alarm bells! Packaging opened.
As the delivery guy carried the box (containing a Sky TV) to the house it was clear the packaging had been opened. Then, when we looked inside the box, there were several items missing. The delivery guys acted as though this was unexpected. However, I was told later that every box in the delivery van had been opened. Scam?
