When I joined Airtime rewards, many years ago, I purchased gift cards. If I purchased so many per month then I would accumulate a bonus. Now gift cards do not count towards that bonus, which is very... See more

Used to be good and a nice little bonus. However with their new £1.30 fee and £10 max withdrawal for unsupported networks this feels a bit steep (13%). Why is the withdrawl amount capped at £10?? Seems like a nice easy win to try and claim back hard earned cashback. Seems like they chose the wrong company to partner with if they charge that sort of fee!! Airtime is good to have but only secondary to others and frankly now it's barely worth it.

Really poor experience
Used their in-app links as requested to book a BA holiday. Presumably Airtime got a huge commission
Purchase didn't track, reams of evidence submitted by me in multiple formats to prove payment through its link, but staff use every trick in the book to deny legitimate claim.
Really disappointed with customer care. Tried to complain but denied.
Suggest avoid using this company as it has no intention of ever paying out
Edit - sent details even though never given complaint ref number. Next stage is contacting Airtime leadership team

I've been using Airtime rewards for over 2 years and have accrued monies on numerous occasions by shopping in various retailers on the high street or on-line and have paid my mobile bill or put money towards it and so it's well worth signing up to this app!

It's good to be able to build rewards, the challenges vary from month to month. Can be laborious to keep on top of flash offers etc.
Some retailers have extremely long pending period, and some have to be reported as missing, making it a very long wait for the reward

I've been using this app for about 2 and a half years now and it's a great app. Easy to use and it's easy to just let the money accumulate then pay off part of all of your mobile bill

Too many missed donations, ignored and never paid, even after contacting customer services. What's the point in continuing ?
Flashy site with very little substance.

Easy quick way to save some spending. It automatically tracks so I don't have to even think about it much. I just have to remember to check into the new month offers at the beginning of the month! I've taken so much off my phone bills. I've had the app a while now and its an app worth having!

It's a great way to get money off your phone bill IF you are patient. Many of the transactions take three months to come your way, and some seem quite tricky to actually work out how you even get the reward.
I am happy as I've saved a few pounds just by buying things that I needed anyway.
I've recommended it to a few friends but they have been a bit sceptical.
What would have made me give it five stars? Quicker turnaround time and grocery offers ( but you can get giftcards)

When you have picked your choices the points should go straight on i get sick of having to fill out missing receipts and then waiting for them to clear like for points from march still pending

What’s not to like,
Easy to use, just have to link your bank cards and airtime pretty much does the rest for money off your phone bill.

I’ve been using Airtime for a while now, and it is easily one of the best money-saving apps on my phone. On average, the cashback I earn pays for my mobile bill for 5 full months out of the year! It completely takes the sting out of a recurring monthly cost. You just link your cards, shop at your usual places, and watch the credit build up passively. Cannot recommend it enough if you want free money off your phone bill.

Is a good app . But too many online only offers. I prefer to go in store.

So easy to set up and use - just use my card as usual and end up with cash to pay off the phone bill - I've earnt £80 overtime for dojng nothing other than my usual shopping. It can take a few months for the cashback hence not giving 5 stars but otherwise highly recommend

Not the best tracking where you buy, and even when it does track it has to be eligible... on the end almost never!

Hassle free and no need to submit receipts as auto tracked. A shame that Waitrose is no longer linked.

Getting harder to earn rewards as outlets keep changing. When new ones are added it is only for short periods 7 to 14 days seems a waste and too many only pay for online only or with a particular card.

Used to be good with monthly challenges but now changed not as attractive

Quick and easy way to earn extra money through regular purchases

Airtime is a very good way of reducing your mobile phone bill with minimal effort. Once you register your payment cards they are automatically linked to the shops and services in the scheme. You do not have to register each individual payment,
Well worthwhile,
