This is a terrible company! DON'T BUY anything from them. This is a scam company in China.
My experience has from the start been horrible. I tried cancelling my order, but they said it was not possible as they already send it. They promised the product would arrive within days, but it took weeks. It has been impossible to get a proper answer from the company and they wont exept a return.

Everything with this company is bad! I do not recommend! I ordered a AirpurTech 3 in 1 air purifier and wanted to cancel it right away but they didn’t do it! They told me to wait for the order to arrive! Scam!

Horrible customer service. I emailed them right away to cancel the purchase as it was an accidental order.

They insisted I keep the product because it's 'good quality' and didn't bother cancelling it in time. Instead, they expect me to bear the return shipping and duty costs!

It's going right in the bin! The money doesn't even matter at this point, I'm appaled at their lack of customer service and inflexibility.

Ordered it, checked the reviews, panicked and it arrived 3 days later. Looks good and works well. Can't really check if it filters as stated but seems to work very well.

Airpuretech took £199 out of my account on the 17/7 , I amstill waiting for my air purifier does anyone have a phone number for them ?

Ok nothing special just like a normal fan only bladeless later found out can buy Same purifier under different name at amazon for £80 . Personally either buy a Dyson which are so much better and blow out cold air unlike this one ( my mum has one but i was to tight to pay for a dyson but wish i did ) or spend £15 on a normal fan which works just as well

I like the wind blow. Good customer service well-crafted products to sleep well.

I bought it and put it in the living room. It has 8 speeds and can also be swung at 80°. It blows a comfortable breeze like a natural breeze and is perfectly suitable for our family in the living room….

I paid to to return my airpurifier to get my money back as the product wasn’t what they promised it would be. They are refusing to accept the return and give my money back. They are liars, dont believe whats on their website. This website should be illegal to have.

Complete SCAM. The product is from China and is of poor quality. I even returned my order over a month ago and paid 50 pounds for the return, and they have still not returned me my money back. Dont trust this scam of a business

Do not buy!! This is not a UK company.
Items are shipped from China even though they will say they aren't.
Return address is in China which costs nearly as much ro return as the product cost so its hardly worth while returning.
I think this company is a complete scam!

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with "airpuretech." Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company due to their failure to meet expectations and provide adequate customer service.

Firstly, my order was delivered significantly late, well beyond the promised delivery timeframe. This delay caused inconvenience and frustration, especially considering I had made plans based on the expected arrival date.

Furthermore, the product I received was far from the quality that was described and paid for. It did not meet the standards advertised on their website. The discrepancy between the promised quality and the actual product was highly disappointing and made me question the credibility of their claims.

To compound my disappointment, when I attempted to return the item for a refund, I was met with resistance. "airpuretech" refused to accept the return, despite their product failing to live up to its advertised quality. This lack of willingness to rectify the situation or provide a satisfactory solution is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I highly value transparency, reliability, and good customer service when dealing with online retailers. Unfortunately, "airpuretech" fell short on all these aspects. The experience I had with them has left me with a feeling of frustration and a significant financial loss.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution and consider alternative options when looking for similar products. It's essential to choose a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and upholds the quality and service they advertise.

You do not receive the product in the pictures and it costs a lot of money to send the rubbish product back to china

I received the goods within three days after placing the order. The purifier works very well. I also recommended my friends but two 46-inch ones, and they received them quickly.
I'm loving this fan and purifier combo! It's perfect for keeping the air fresh even during winter. And the customer service is top-notch

First of all, I love the look of it. It seems to be doing a great job! I am not getting paid to write this review. I am a normal consumer. Pros: It cleans the air in the room very quickly. It is best for a small bedroom. The look is slick and high quality. I always have it on low mode and it is very quiet. The filters are cheap compared to other air purifiers.Very good value for money, can be used in winter and summer….

I like their three-in-one design, and the shaking head function is allao very Comfortable….

I haven’t used the airpurtech, but the air filter is AMAZING and has helped us so much. Dust is always getting in the house and with this the pollen that follows along in the spring and summer is much easier to deal with. I'm even noticing improvement in my cats' allergies, not just those of my human family members. As we share the home with many furry friends there has also been a significant reduction in odor in the main rooms. I might save up to get one dedicated to the laundry/cat room where their litter boxes are to further help in odor reduction and making all of us more comfortable.46 inch is strongly recommended…

Op onder aangegeven datum had ik een bestelling geplaats op hun website....na paar minuten wou ik het annuleren of cancelen omdat ik gelijk zo gevoel had dat hun winkelshop of winkel en de manier van contact leggen door hun nep leek te zijn....tot vandaag heb ik hun vanaf eerst moment tig keer gemaild met de inhoud dat ik mijn bestelling niet meer wilde en ook omdat op hun website geen enkele optie aanwezig was/zijn of soortgelijke opties waarmee mijn bestelling geannuleerd kan worden....ik kreeg geen antwoord op mijn zoveelste mailtjes....gelijk vanaf dat moment had ik contact opgenomen met de betalingprovider (klarna) om hon te verzoeken om mijn betaalproces door hun annuleren of stoppen...nog steeds ben ik bezig met Klarna contact te houden om te voorkomen dat geen betaling aan airpurtech gedaan zou worden...ik vind het afschuwelijk en ook vanwege deze ervaring ben ik helemaal niet meer geïnteresseerd in hun artikelen....
Een truc dat zij gebruiken is dat er zijn andere winkel die bijna zelfde naam heeft en daarom proberen ze door deze twee op elkaar lijkende websites mensen op te lichten...

On the date indicated below I placed an order on their website.... after a few minutes I wanted to cancel or cancel it because I immediately had the feeling that their shop or store and the way of contacting them seemed to be fake.. ..until today I have emailed them dozens of times from the first moment with the content that I no longer wanted my order and also because there was / are no option on their website or similar options with which my order can be canceled .... I got no answer to my umpteenth emails....immediately from that moment i contacted the payment provider (klarna) to ask them to cancel or stop my payment process....i'm still trying to keep in touch with klarna to prevent no payment being made to airpurtech...I think it's horrible and also because of this experience I'm not interested in their articles at all anymore....
One trick they use is that there is another store that has almost the same name and that is why they are trying to scam people through these two similar looking websites...

Be alert because otherwise you are definitely the next screwed up..

The item lived up to my expectations and performed as advertised. Despite some initial skepticism due to other reviews, I would recommend it.Not bad, was a bit skeptical because of other reviews, but the item is as expected and does what it says on the tin. Would recommend
