Purchase two different types of fans/air purifiers which are now faulty and the item apparently does not exist! I also cannot contact them!!!! Fuming to be honest and yea you get what you pay for!!!!

Do not buy from this company they are disgraceful they sent me a product in the UK that I can't even use, non UK plug. They told me not eligible for refund unless I pay shipping costs to China which is more than the product..terrible !

Very poor NON UK based firm. Won't let you cancel a order and huge surcharges if you do, support for orders is not good at all. Avoided at all costs

I ordered an 80cmt 3 in one air purifier and thought after a week or so that I had been scammed. So I emailed the company as that was the only way to make contact. They were very apologetic and explained there had been a hold at customs. After many exchanges between us I had a delivery but it was the wrong one! Back to the emails again. I asked for the address to return the wrong item and was told to keep the one I had and would end up with two for the price of one! Eventually the correct order was delivered after 6 weeks! I have found both items work great and I am delighted that I persevered as they seem to do what is expected! I have read a lot of bad reviews but I can only speak as I find. Apart from the delivery issues, which in all honesty were very testing, I would have given 5 stars

Item was lost by shipping company, airpurtech doesn’t acknowledge that and refuse to send the refund. Automated replies to my email. Company is a fraud!

Scam artists. I have lost my money and don’t have the product. Make you return international to China even though they ship from the UK. They deduct a percentage from any refunds and charge extra % for doing any admin.

This website is also linked with auralu.co.uk and Vacumtest which I am currently having issues with. SCAMS! DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THESE

I send the product back with my own expenses they received it ! I have proof of it and they ignore my emails! Be careful they are not a serious company STAY AWAY!

I have been raising with Airputech since 3 Oct 2023 in connection with the damaged UNIT. Photographic evidence was provided and despite this they are refusing to replace the UNIT. The person concerned which is VIVIAN stated in her response that "It is a pity that the automatic transportation of logistics has brought you a bad experience. Is the product in good condition? Can it be used normally?

I have responded on a number of occasions that its irrelevant whether the unit is working or not, the main issue is that there is damage to the unit and I expect them to replace it!

The so-called air purifier is just a fan/heater. I tried getting a refund but was told I had to cover the shipping fees (even though the product was delivered not as described!). Shipping would cost me nearly as mush as the item itself.
The annoying part is that I cancelled (twice, via email and via their uk website) immediately after purchase on Saturday but received an email from them on Monday saying the item was already shipped.

Avoid at all costs.

Will not cancel a order even if you try within minutes and will not accept returns without threats of charging stupid fees. This is NOT a UK company and do NOT adhere to UK selling rules. Avoid at all costs rip off Chinese seller

This company is a scam - a cheap Chinese product that you will cost you more to return than it is worth.

Can’t get a refund basically

The air purifier arrived very quickly but it went down hill from there. The item was loose in the box with no packaging at all although there were bits of polystyrene on it. It was scratched back and front and no remote control, only the plastic bag, Have messaged them and they say it was brand new (not) and I was to send photos which I have done but am not holding out any hope having read previous reviews. Money down the drain I think

They send you the faulty products and indirectly refuse to arrange recollection of non working products. There is no brand name or CE mark on the product. They do not have UK based either store or customer service numbers. Their products come from China and asks customers to return them to china with our own expense.
It has been a month and I am still struggling to return faulty product and get full refund.

How can promote this product, your credibility is at stake

DONT BUY! This is terrible company. Sold on a danish website, but is actually a fraud company from China.

I wanted to return the product but they didn’t want to except. The product is just a normal fan, none of the other functions work. I regret my purchase :-(

DO NOT BUY! Why didn’t I read these reviews before purchasing!!! Complete counterfeit product. DOES NOT WORK! Actually made ill from using. Product overheated. Constant battle with company for refund and in the end said I had to return to an address in China at my expense with customs etc. putting claim into credit card company

Terrible customer service and experience I tried to cancel 5 mins after ordering was told its on route can't be changed. I now have to pay shipping cost taxes restocking cost it's a joke the fan is rubbish plastic unbelievable. What makes me laugh it arrived the next day from a UK base but I have to send it to China don't buy
