First time using Airport taxi transfers. Booked four different journeys with them. Really easy to book, great communication from the company and the drivers. Everything worked smoothly, even when I had to make a late amendment. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent private transfer service! The drivers arrived exactly on time for both the airport and hotel transfers. The vehicles were clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Communication with the company was outstanding, with clear and timely updates before each pickup. Everything was smooth and stress-free. We will definitely book with this company again. Excellent communication by both of our drivers. Their timing was also spot on.

We were unsure if children’s car seats were legally necessary so requested and paid for two for both journeys. Only one was in both vehicles and, although our five year old physically fit, it was not an appropriate his size/weight. Clarity on whether car seats for children are legally necessary would have been helpful.

We would use this service again.

Our driver Kaspar messaged the day before the flight to introduce himself. At Geneva, I just let him know we had cleared passport control and he met us. He was polite, friendly and an excellent driver. Great service.

Excellent communication and punctuality from both drivers to and from the airport. Both very friendly and accomodating. Big comfortable cars. Will 100% use again.

This mark is due to the lack of communication at the airport arrival. I would suggest a large sign with the name of the passenger rather than just a name calling as it is quite busy and many people calling out which causes confusion.

We arrived at the airport 2 hours late after a problem with French air traffic control,and the driver was waiting to take us to the hotel,could not fault him,same driver as the outward trip,so we had no problems at all,10/10.
