The driver Francesco, service and journey from Malpensa airport to hotel was excellent throughout. Whereas our return journey to the airport was the worst taxi journey we have had. Driver Ricardo had all windows down for the 1.5 hours journey to the airport and drove like he was at Monza racing, as close as possible to vehicle in front and almost colliding with a motorcycle when exiting the highway. We felt like we were in a wind tunnel. Far from a pleasant journey to the airport, and then he dropped us off at Arrivals instead of the upper level Departures.

The booking process was easy and allowed to put in specific details about the villa we were stopping in. We booked for 8, and this is the only reason it’s not a 5 star, but when we arrived the taxi could only take 6 and all of our luggage. However, I showed the guy the booking and writhing 15 minutes another taxi showed up so we had 4 in each. It was just a bit of a downer as it was already late and we just wanted to get there, but, to be fair, it was sorted very quickly. On the way back, the taxi arrived at the required time on the dot and it was a huge Mercedes van with plenty of room. Will definitely use again and thank you for sorting out the initial little problem.

Excellent service. I had booked the wrong time—specifically for that same night—leaving me no time to correct it. When I contacted them to change the booking to the following day—which was technically impossible on such short notice—they immediately adjusted it and arrived right on time. The driver was very polite, cheerful, and helpful. A respectable company that keeps its promises.

Booked a round-trip cross-border transfer from Changi to Johor Bahru in early August for travel on 13 August. Paid £162.58. The booking sat as "Pending" for five days and never moved to Confirmed. On 11 August, late in the evening the day before my flight, I was told no driver could be allocated and the booking was cancelled.

They then offered the same journey through another supplier at USD 550, against the USD 212.50 I had originally paid. A 159% increase, leaving me without a transfer just before an international flight with a young child.

The company gave me reassurance my driver would be waiting for me at arrivals. Unfortunately this was not the case. This caused a delay and there was no txt or call to explain this. Thank you for providing an emergency contact number.

Great service. Only downside if I had to say would be the return service had rear facing seats meaning at least one of our party had to sit backwards which isn’t always enjoyable. Other than that perfect!
