Reliable service
Service is reliable: the employee picking up the bags comes within the timeframe specified, and you can track driver to know roughly when they would come. Personnel is friendly and professional, explaining what customer needs to do for a smooth transfer of the bags. Finally the notifications provided by the system help to have peace of mind that everything is under control and bags will arrive safely at destination.

Mixed view on business travel
I loved the fact that you turned up on time to pick my bags up and check them onto the plane. I hated the fact that despite reminding you to label my bags priority as I was travelling business, you failed to do so. I had paid extra to travel business to swiftly leave the airport the other end but as my bags had not been labelled priority (normal for travelling business) they took an extra 45 minutes to turn up on the luggage carousel after all other business travellers had left.

Please rest assured that priority status is hard-coded directly into the IATA airline barcode on your luggage tags at check-in, rather than relying on a separate physical sticker. This means your airline should absolutely be handling your luggage as priority - we're really sorry to hear they failed to do so. We completely understand how disappointing it was to wait an extra 45 minutes after a Business Class flight
We'll be discussing this matter directly with your airline to understand why their handling of your luggage did not match the way your luggage was tagged. Thanks so much for sharing your experience - it helps us work with our airline partners for a smoother experience next time around.

It was totally seamless and the gentleman who collected from us even weighed the cases for us so we didn’t have to worry about them being over weight. I would hate to travel without Airportr now!
