Absolute Game-Changer! No suitcases to check in
This fabulous service made our journey to the airport, totally stress free for all 8 of us, 4 generations of our family. We live one stop away from Gatwick Station so we were able to walk with only our hand luggage in the morning and hop on the train. Collection was friendly and efficient the night before our holiday ... our only wish was that we could have booked them on the way home! Highly recommended

Thanks for taking the time to submit your feedback. We take any report of missing items extremely seriously. Following your report, we initiated a comprehensive internal investigation into your booking.
This audit included a review of our facility’s high-definition CCTV, vehicle telematics, driver checks, weight metrics, and single-use tamper-evident seals. Our logs, and your own confirmation upon arrival, verify that all tamper-evident seals remained fully intact throughout our care, and all bags were handed over intact to the airline at the airport.
We have sent a comprehensive summary of these findings directly to your email.

Very efficient and easy booking process…
Very efficient and easy booking process and pick-up of the luggage which has saved a lot of time and effort carrying it on public transport. The driver was friendly and efficient in carrying the suitcases to the van. The customer service was also helpful when one of the suitcases was delayed by the airline, which thankfully arrived after a few days. The only minor thing is that I wish this service was available at the airport on returning to the UK for return flights to deliver luggage home, as unfortunately it is only available on outbound flights for my destination. But otherwise, I will continue to use Airportr to make my travels easier as they are brilliant!

Booked a collection window 7-10pm but…
Booked a collection window 7-10pm but driver arrived late with no apology. Driver didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Bags should have been tagged with priority baggage tags but Airportr failed to ensure that this was done - so my bags were delayed on arrival. Airportr needs to pay attention to promises and improve the service

First time user and will be using this service again. Booking was so easy. Nice friendly and courteous guy who picked up luggage. Was on time and even let me know he was on his way. Straight through to security after arriving at airport. Picked up luggage at destination airport. Made travelling so much easier.
