Friendly and informative Customer Service. Super fast delivery of Portable Air Conditioner (GREE) which arrived on the same day of purchase. Helpful delivery Engineer who set up the unit for me. This company goes the extra mile to provide a good service, that is why it is the second time I have chosen to purchase from them.

Excellent service and value for money.
Neil and his team provided an excellent service. Neil was very helpful in advising us on the best product to fit our needs and the installation team were very efficient and respectful. They were happy to coordinate with our builders and overall we'd highly recommend them. They were very competitive on price too.

Psycle Canary Wharf Review of Georgies
I initially called and spoke with a rep on Saturday morning Feb 18th, who said they would call us back shortly. 2 hours later with no call, I phoned the company back and was connected to Shruti. She was incredibly helpful and instant to respond with getting us fan rentals. Our AC had broke, and since we run 12 spin classes per day with 89 riders every hour, she understood the urgency and helped have 5 fans delivered to site by 1pm. Amazing and above and beyond! Thanks Shruti!

Excellent service
The unit wasn't installed on time, a Daikin unit was recommended. We had a number of other quotes and all suggested different positions in the room to place the wall unit. Georges suggestion that the unit was placed high up on the back wall was the correct choice and the unit works very well in a large over 20sqm conservatory.
