Fantastic company to deal with. The BLU12 is an amazing product and it cooled down my large living room really well last year in the long hot summer. It is easy to set up and use. I had a few questions after purchase and the service I received was incredible - they are very helpful and quick to respond.

Purchased 2 BLU09 Air conditioners that ive been using for 3 years, they are the best on the market and come with the best customer service ive ever seen, Shuruti goes above and beyond to help her customers and I cant thank her enough. 10/10 Company and support cant fault it.

The AC is a huge plus to our home renovation. They recommended the best solution for our budget, and fitted it in a way that looks great, built into the ceiling with flush painted grills in the walls.

With any building project there are unknown complications, this team always found a way around them to keep the look and performance exactly what we wanted.

I've truly never encountered such excellent customer service. Shruti went to great lengths to ensure what I needed all ran smoothly. Every detail was considered, communication prompt and informative. I couldn't recommend using them enough.

This is how all customer support should be. Had an issue with the delivery courier (no fault of AC Direct) and I was called and emailed until it was resolved within a very short amount of time!

First class company to deal with very helpful people with a great deal of knowledge about the products they sell, I actually ordered the wrong item and was helped all the way through getting the correct one as a replacement Shruti was very helpful and went out of her way to make things go smoothly for me, so a big thank you to her and all the team.

My issues was that I received the wrong item which meant I was unable to use my air conditioner when I needed it most.
I eventually received the correct part after it was sorted by the after sales service team.

In June this year I finally decided to buy an Aircon unit for the living room as the heat of this year's summer became extreme.
After some searching for the best option to suit my needs I decided upon a BLU09 Portable AC Unit 2.5KW. After searching the internet for stockists and the best prices I decided to buy it from air-conditioning direct.com. Not only was the price great the service was excellent. Staff from the company helped me adjust the date of delivery to fit a a day I would be available and withing three days they it had arrived. So far, so good.

Incredible service from start to finish! The initial survey was really helpful and everything was explained in an easy to understand manner allowing us to plan our works accordingly. The engineers were great and took care with the intricate details, special mention to Dima who paid attention to all the minor details and my requirements such as hiding the ducting and positioning of the units on the walls. My house is so nice and cool now, just in time and very much needed for the current heatwave! 5 star service, very happy with the slick units as well!

Pleasant and competent workmen who tidied up after they had completed the job.
