The service was very fast
The service was very fast. I ordered my aircon unit on the afternoon and it came first thing the following morning. The unit itself is great. It does exactly what I want. The only reason I didn’t give 4 stars was because I emailed them prior to my purchase asking when they were getting more stock as they had sold out completely. The answer I got was they won’t get any until next year. It’s only because on the off chance I looked on the website that I noticed a week or two later they had stock. This annoyed me somewhat, because I feel like I was lied too. Everything else was great.

After numerous attempts at getting a window fan without a pull cord I went on site and read through them all the one I ordered did not say pull cord and when it arrived it had one , now have to send it back and try yet again

Bad bathroom fan & transformer…
I bought a bathroom fan & timer transformer combination.
the first transformer was badly assembled & blew an internal fuse. I sent it back & it was replaced fairly promptly. The replacement gave out 7 volts for a few seconds instead of 12 V and then failed completely. I am giving up and going elsewhere.
The fan worked OK
The replacement transformer was described on the shipping invoice as "low energy bulbs" and not as a "transformer"
