The prices changed quickly from what was advertized and then, on the day I was to check in, there were no seats available for me. I was given the choice of taking a train for the same price or upgrading my ticket, which I did. David Hudson was friendly and listened to my medical special needs. I did ask for a window seat, but found out what was ordered was not but was able to change quickly enough. Everything else was in order, and getting on the flight went smoothly. For all my trouble, David got me a voucher, which helped pay for the upgrade. I'm pretty sure I will use this company again because I appreciate the time and courtesy I was given. I also appreciate that David made himself available to call if there were any problems. He made sure I got the best deals possible as well.

Alice has been incredibly supportive and attentive throughout my travel arrangements. She handled everything with patience and care, making the entire process smooth and stress-free for me. I truly appreciated her warm attitude and the way she explained every detail clearly. She is genuinely dedicated and wonderful to work with.

David is very patient and helpful. Several others I spoke with for 2 days before him were not.
I will know more after I check in at the airport.
I do not like the false advertising of prices that are "no longer available." I know it's just a trick to sell something higher, but I'd rather just see all the honest prices available. I don't like dealing outside the airline direct, but they are even worse and more time consuming.
Again, David is doing a very good job for you, by really trying to help the customer, and he should be commended.

I had to cancel my trip and I got a credit for the full amount I paid without losing any money. I'm very happy about that and thank you to David who did a great job!!!
