Dodgy company I paid for my flights for November and did not receive my tickets when I question this they advised I should wait 24 to 48 hours they also advised my booking was confirmed which it is not virgin confirmed there is no booking under my name - I asked for a refund and they are telling me about cancellation fees when nothing was booked in the first place - I have contacted my bank for assistance.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Plus when I booked and paid through jet cost, I received an email with the booking but it was incomplete. They then sent me a link which I was asked for the payment to complete the booking which I did not trust. When I asked them they were very rude and went round in circles but would not answer my question regarding the payment which seemed very strange. Naturally I had a bad feeling about it so did not book. I’d rather pay a little extra than to book with this agency.

Booked tickets on 22nd August 26 from Heathrow to Bangkok (outward 05/10/26 and return 7 months later 14/04/27. They've now emailed me today 03/09/26 to state that the return flight in 7 months time is already fully booked and that I need to send them another £515.00 to book another flight in April of next year. They have a no reply on their emails. When I rang them they said I can only have a part refund as I booked none refundable tickets. Absolute scam.

AVOID AVOID ******WARNING *****total joke of company. They take your money then come the excuses of why ticket not confirmed with airline then after they string you along as possible tell you ticket at discounted prices have been sold out and offer it at a stupid higher rate ?? As if you going to send them more money ...bunch of jokers ..they playing games with customers..DO yourselves a favour I have learnt the hard way just book with a reputable genuine brokers .

Perfect experience Alex was a great help dealing with a 79 year old pensioner so patient helpful absolutely recommend him he was professional and easy to understand he put me at ease and talked me through all aspects of booking well done young man you were brilliant

After sending constant requests for promised refund of £505.00 i have still not received reply or my money after 11 months .

You cannot request receipt for emails from Airbeas travel Ltd because server will not respond in required manner . Manager Neo why do you treat customers in such an appalling way.

I invite Airbeas Travel Ltd to respond to my grievances as im sure you look at your impressions or feed back from customers or should do if any decent business.

I have copies of email assuring me once letter from bank of charge back removal i would get refund in 48hrs . I did as requested but you are not honourable.

Update 16/09/26

I still have not received refund of £505.00 as promised 1 year ago. I have also been informed they are no longer a member of protected Trust Services (PTS) for more than year . On the Government Companies house . Company status shows active proposal to strike off and statements overdue as i understand . I invite caution as i do not believe i will see my money returned.

Booked tickets. They said 48h before we would have tickets. No tickets were never booked for us. Wanted to charge us 700$ / person more, asked refund. Waited for refund, never came in for 8 months after many company contract letterS from the refund department, sent legal papers for suing, wrong adresses, false adresses. Telephone lines were cut for 2 month and more, march till april 2026, Fraud, Fraud, SCAMMERS, don't buy tickets or anything with them, they owe us 2381 $.

Very disappointing experience with Airbeast Travel. They first sent a reservation and said the ticket was confirmed, asking us to make payment immediately, which we did. After payment, they repeatedly assured us the ticket was confirmed and would be delivered within 24 hours, then by 3 PM, then after the weekend. Finally, on Monday, they said the ticket was not available unless we paid more money.

What is more unfair is that no tickets were issued in our names, yet they still asked for £75 per person as an administration fee. The whole experience felt misleading with false promises and unfair charges. Please be cautious before booking.

It was a wonderful customer service experience from Maggie Grace of Airbeas Travel for my upcoming trip to Hong Kong. I really impressed how she dealt my booking and managed to facilitate all my desires. I was looking a trusted travel agent for all of future trips. Thank you.

I was contacted numerous times by Alex and Jetti . Alex was very good understanding my choices of flights. He offered me many flights until he found one that was suitable for me. I thanked him for putting up with me. Excellent experience booking a flight with Airbeas. I would happily recommend to my friends and family.

My British Airways return flight to Malaysia involves a direct flight outbound but a stopover at DOHA inbound. With the geopolitical situation in the Middle East, it was not certain I could be back in UK on the booked day which is important to me. Unfortunately, unknown to me, the inbound flights (KL-DOHA & DOHA-London) were not BA flights but a codeshare flights. This means I would be flying on a Qatar plane . BA has already suspended all flights to DOHA but my flight was not operated by BA.

Alex (Airbeas Travel) helped me to cancel my flights and secured me a credit to be use for my journey which is now postposed. The initial personnel at Airbeas were unable to help me but eventually esculated the problem to Alex who resolved the problem for me with 24 hours.
