last time I ordered a safe it was Delivered next day. This time it was going onto 2 weeks. I had to ring up to find out what was happening. It was delivered soon after 2 days odd later.

Feel mislead & ripped off by the experience.
You took my money for something you did not have in stock, so you were never going to despatch in time. So why did I waste my money on express post as well.
