Scam!! Very poor quality shoes.
Impossible to make a return.
I received shoes 3 sizes bigger. When requested a return I was asked to send a video of how the shoes are too big for me😩Cheapest quality shoes I have ever received!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! NO RETURNS NO RESPONSE. Ordered size 9 and got a size 6 and they do not respond and it took 6 weeks to get the shoes so now the season is over for wearing them. Just wanted an exchange and have gone to their support site, emailed them and NOTHING!!! SHAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY

A very disappointing experience

A very disappointing experience. I received 2 pairs of shoes after waiting a month. The shoes are poor quality and the sizing is inconsistent. One pair was at least 2 sizes too small and the other 1 size too small. They Offered a 50% refund or I have to return shoes to the USA at my expense for full refund. There is an Australian address on the packaging. This is a scam! Do not buy from this company!

Supern customer service

I placed an order, but for reasons completely unrelated to Aimeela, changed my mind straight away. I contacted the Customer Service who, realising my goal was to have a refund, straight away proceeded to cancel my order and refund me. A little over 24h, and I have already received a notification on PayPal that the money will be returned.Super polite and helpful.

Bad quality, horrible return policy

This is one of those companies offering you to buy more instead of sending back the item you complained about.. Take a discount or voucher or pay more than the items worth for return shipping. What a joke. Stay away.

Scam company

Scam company, do not buy from these people. Shoes are nothing like shown on website, cheaper materials and cheap colours.
Have to return to USA tracked which cost £28 and am not holding out hope of getting my money back after reading others’ reviews.

DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!
Dreadful company to deal with, no confirmation of order and ages for only 1 pair of shoes to arrive.
I've no idea where the other pair are.
When I received the only pair they were nothing like those shown on the website. The quality was really bad and the colour was horrid and garish.
I contacted them, with - 'surprise' - no response.
I then contacted my credit card provider who got me a complete refund. Thank heavens for my card supplier.
If I could have left a minus ZERO star, believe me, I would have.

Absolute absurdity

Absolute absurdity
Shoes made of paper, completely different from what is shown in the photos.
Instead of the full price, only 30% of the goods are offered, although the shoes should be thrown in the trash can - they don't fit and they smell terribly.

I am so disappointed

I am so disappointed. The shoes are three sizes to small and the quality of the product is down right ugly!!
I sent several emails asking for a refund. No one had responded.

Buyer do not purchase any products from this supplier.

Funds received + No shoes= THEFT

I placed an order on February 19, 2024 (money was received by the company from my account). I never received an email confirmation or any correspondence updating the status of my order. However, I readily receive promotional emails from the company since placing my order. I have attempted to get help by messaging the company on Instagram only to have my inquiry deleted. I can not believe I allowed myself to purchase shoes from a company like this. Very disappointed.

AIMEELA Schoes!!!!!!!!Please refrain from ordering. Beautiful shoes advertised on the homepage turn out to be of poor quality, originating from China, emitting a foul odor, and even arriving with open seams due to inadequate glue. If responses come via email, one is expected to pay 60% for unreturned goods, as they refuse to take the shoes back. Weeks of email correspondence are exhausting and a waste of time, resulting in loss of money.

I made the mistake of ordering several shoes from this place without looking at the reviews. All of them were cheap looking and smelled bad. I dropped them at Goodwill. Avoid this company. These shoes are trash.

If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been repeatedly trying to reach them to begin a return. I was told to send pictures of each pair of shoes, as well as the box/code on the box. I have done that with no reply. I have been left with no choice but to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and dispute payment with paypal.

I bought a pair of shoes from Aimeela - it took forever to finally get them - when I opened them I was extremely surprised to find out they were women’s / I am guy - so disappointed- I paid $18 to return them to the return address on the shipping label - I emailed them several times / finally got a return email - telling me that I sent them to the wrong address- they offered me a discount on my next purchase from them - I told them I wouldn’t accept that - I wanted a full refund - they said they absolutely wouldn’t - I’ve spent hours trying to get my money back - not even asking for the $18 I spent to return them - got nothing back - I’ve had hundreds of online transactions- this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! Buyers beware!

That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return." package sent back without authorization can't be received, much less you have returned it to the wrong address. This was the reason why the support team couldn't give you full refund.

I wish I had NEVER bought shoes from…

I wish I had NEVER bought shoes from this company!!! I purchased 3 pairs of size 10's and they are too small. I wanted to exchange them for a size 11 When I told them this they tried to make all of these "deals" with me. They do not want to return my money. Each time I ask for their return address they ignore me. I am not getting anywhere with them so they have forced me to contact the BBB and report them.
