Disgusting way of conducting business. They are still charging me every month and ignoring my emails.

I signed up for their 7-day free trial and had a call with someone who claimed to be a manager. The call was so unprofessional and disorganized that I decided not to use their service right away. One of the key things I value in any company is solid customer support, and this was a massive red flag for me.

I told them to cancel my free trial immediately. I sent emails to every email address I could find, messaged their customer chat, and even repeated my request multiple times. Despite this, they still charged me after the 7 days were up—even though I didn’t use their service once! To make matters worse, they charged me AGAIN for 3 months after that.

During this time, I continued to reach out—messaging, emailing, using instant chat, and doing everything I could to get in touch with someone. I even booked a call with them, pretending to be a potential client, just to try and get someone on the line to cancel my subscription. Guess what? They didn’t even show up to the call.

NEVER trust this site or anything associated with it. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I didn’t even get to use their service, so I can’t speak to how bad it is, but judging by their Trustpilot reviews, I’m lucky I only lost what I did.

Avoid AiGrow.me at all costs! They are a nightmare to deal with, and their practices are beyond shady.

Get grow ai is not a good company. it is run by a scam artist that lives in Romania. They stole our money and provided nothing- They claim they have a propriety software that shows how much we have made , but it's BS. Do what we did and save yourself a fortune- Hire anyone on Upwork for a few hundred dollars to build you a many chat funnel, and be done. This company is pure and simple the biggest ruip off on the internet. They should all be put in jail, especially the owner -Liz something from Romania

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Get Grow AI. After paying them $16,000, they failed to deliver on the promises they made. We initially dealt with the owner, who was entirely unhelpful when we raised concerns about their lackluster performance. She passed us off to her "success manager," who was supposed to handle our situation and work things out. He was agreeable, and we came to a fair solution—no further charges until we started seeing results.

However, shortly after, I received an email from the owner, stating that she would not honor the agreement. In her words, "xxxx is excellent at what he does, which is why he’s in the role, but I make the final decision." Needless to say, we have disputed the $16,000 we paid this company with our credit card company. This woman cares about one thing—and it’s not your or my business.

There are plenty of other companies in the industry that care about their clients and take pride in delivering results. Get Grow AI is clearly not one of them. Save your money and your time and look elsewhere.

Completely unprofessional, absolutely ridiculous. They sent me over a dozen reminders about the call and then chose not to jump on it… I received pathetic email hours after the call was scheduled telling me his computer had an issue… Zero message before, zero responses to any of my messages, This is shameful. As a professional, my time is absolutely precious, if you waste it, it tells me everything I need to know about you and your garbage organization.

I was skeptical at first, but AiGrow has delivered on all its promises. My Instagram account
has grown significantly, and the engagement rate is much higher than before. The best part
is the excellent customer service—they are always ready to help with any questions or

Very disorganized, did not respond to my messages at one point and site reported I needed to complete initial call in order to proceed even after I completed. Complete waste of money.

They get True genuine followers! And they are real people working for you! They have done a great job in just the first 2 months… I will continue to use them…

I'm enthusiastic about this group of wonderful people who manage your Instagram handle with such love and care just as if they were managing their own handle. They show your 'existence' to the relevant handles in your domain, through different ways of interacting, and those people naturally start following you.
So you see your followers growing steadily, not excessively fast, and they are exactly the right people for you. I would say that this is an organic growth, with just a great help in making you more visible. I totally recommend AiGrow. Hey. "Ai" might relate to Artificial Intelligence, but there's nothing artificial in here. There is mostly Human Intelligence, and that's what really works.

Waste of money !

I have not had any growth with aigrow over the past 3 billing months and i am exiting. This is undoubtably an advanced scam. one guy from india and another from Iran cornered me on whatsapp and made it look like a real big on-boarding process. But then it is gone - only the money gets taken off the card and no follows.

I have had enough of this madness.

A very easy and convenient app that helps me grow my business. I would recommend this to all who want to grow their account and business using Instagram and be successful in marketing their products.

I am appalled by the unethical and dishonest practices of this company. After being overcharged £200, I have repeatedly reached out for a refund, only to be met with complete silence and disregard for my concerns.

It is clear that this company has no regard for its customers' trust or satisfaction. Despite providing documented evidence of the overcharge and actively seeking resolution, they have chosen to ignore me for weeks, effectively stealing from me and showing utter contempt for their customers.

I want to warn others to steer clear of this company at all costs. Their lack of integrity and disregard for customer service is shocking and unacceptable. I urge anyone considering doing business with them to think twice and protect themselves from being taken advantage of.

I will be escalating this matter further and will not rest until I receive the refund I am rightfully owed. This company needs to be held accountable for their actions and the harm they have caused to their customers.

Consider yourself warned: avoid this company at all costs.

They did some works for me when I first subscribe 6 months ago. The they just dumb you when I start a 6 months subscription. I told them I want to cancel the subscription and they still charge me! Total rubbish company and a very unhappy customer

Legit website with dedicated staff! Once you sign up you have a 1-to-1 call with your account manager who will explain you the process and strategy. They target your competition’s followers and generate genuine following and engagement. The price tag may seem high at first but it is as if you had a real life assistant doing your PR on a regular basis. It’s an investment well worth the money! Highly recommend

Reliable and professional company, service and personal 5-star attitude , about 5-star management , 5-star professionalism , 5-star treatment time . The only thing that missed was the package I purchased for a lot of money and it turned out to be limited to a certain amount of deletion of active accounts , I would have expected to see this in capital letters when purchasing the route I chose for 3 months and for this I give 3 stars .
